Welcome to Round 21 of Least Fave Disney Animated Classic and the latest one to fall is "The Hunchback Of Notre Dame" which received a whopping 13 votes, which is the 2nd highest amount throughout every poll since round 3 (Meet The Robinsons had 17 votes). This also means that we finally lose another from the Disney Renaissance era, leaving just 5 out of the 10 left in the competition. Released in 1996 as the 34th overall Disney Animated Classic and became a critical commercial success grossing over $325 Million worldwide, becoming the 5th highest grossing movie of that year and received Oscar and Golden Globe nominations for Menken's score.

As for the others "Mulan" again receives the 2nd highest amount of votes with 5, while "Bambi" and "Alice In Wonderland" get 3 votes each, "Sleeping Beauty" and "The Jungle Book" both receive 2 votes and finally "Lady and the Tramp", "101 Dalmatians" and "The Lion King" each gain 1 vote each.

14th The Hunchback Of Notre Dame = 13 Votes

Out of all of Disney's animated movies, this probably has to be the one with the most adult themes and not surprisingly given the dark material it's based off and okay Disney may have changed it radically from the book and that may have upset people at the time, but come on Disney have always done that. But the movie itself is still a brilliant piece of animation with some great characters and is very dark at times, look at the beginning when Frollo kills that gypsy woman, (I mean that was cold). I my opinion on the whole this movie is very underrated and never gets mentioned enough, I just loved it, the villain Frollo was the clear standout here and executed brilliant, while Quasimodo himself was very relatable and likeable. I know most people didn't like the Gargoyles, but I didn't mind, I thought they offered quite a nice tone to things and coming back to this movie years later from when I first saw it, I always find new things to love about it.

Right then guys just 13 left and same rules apply just vote for your least fave and the one with the most will be voted out by the next round which will be on January 12th.

Mulan too.

The Hunchback Of Notre Dame is a wonderful film - really powerful and moving but this is about the right place for it.

I forgot to vote in about the last 15 rounds, oops. Shame as my top 3 have all now fallen, though losing my #1 and #2 Disney movies (Hercules and Wreck It Ralph) back to back may not have been good for me, the future of these polls or Buzzjack in general.

(fyi I voted for the pissdribble that is Mulan)

Mulan for me. After that's gone I'm back on my #GetAladdinOut campaign as all the other ones are classics for me heart.gif

Now RE Last Thread with Frozen going out:
It's such a shame to see Frozen leave, I'd actually go as far as saying it is my favourite Disney movie of all time. All the characters we're incredible and I loved the music (if you somehow all didn't know). I thought the script was terrific and I loved the twist and the design of the movie, everything was perfect about it for me so it is a real shame to see it miss the top 10 sad.gif It is also sad that every single movie on the list now has been released before I was born and the Disney movies I pretty much grew up with are all out sad.gif The likes of Frozen, Tangled and probably Big Hero 6 and The Princess And The Frog should still be in! Anyway at least Lion King/Beauty And The Beast/Bambi are still in heart.gif

Has it yet been explained why you despise Aladdin so much? It is certainly one of the best! If it's not top 10 then this poll should be voided.

I voted Mulan

I voted Mulan

To be honest I'm not even sure why I dislike Aladdin so much, probably because I hate the songs, the characters get on my nerves (apart from the Genie who is great) and I've always found it really boring sad.gif

Lady and the Tramp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easily in my top 5 Disney films so no way!

The 90s films need to go before any of the ones Walt was at the helm for.
