This is a nice surprise getting a new single and going by the clip it sounds good and a move away from the sound they went for on this life which is a good thing in my opinion.
Mark was very strange in the first snippet introducing it.

Radio 2 premieres usually happen on that morning. It's not like they'll chart at this point, so there's no real reason to release on Fridays.

I'd like them to try a Friday release with a cd and vinyl release to coincide just to get them back in the charts again as they have been missing from the singles chart for far too long now.
I'm assuming this will be part of a this life re release, it would be nice to see the album get pushed again as it all went by very quickly.

It's not that bad, better than anything of theirs I've heard recently. It felt like it was building up to something more/bigger than what it actually did though.

It's a decent track, sounds like a filler from Beautiful World, needs a bit more oomph and magic to elevtate it to the level I'm sure they must still be capable of.
