Commentary : This week Rajiv Dhall climbs to the top of my chart with his cover of Drake's "One dance". The reason for the original not being number one is simply, despite the track being 12 weeks at the top in the UK, I have never heard it ! I almost only listen to music through youtube and never listen to music radio. The audio original has been successfully blocked on youtube and there is no official video although apparently there will be. However the most popular cover is by Rajiv Dhall whose own video of the song has less than 1 million youtube views but an uncredited video has over 128 million views with many people thinking it is actually Drake.
There are 4 new entries this week with the highest being Australian identical twins The Veronicas who had a number one on my chart in 2014 with "You ruin me" and are back with "In my blood". Another Aussie is in at 18 namely country singer Keith Urban who teams up with American Carrie Underwood winner of 2005 American Idol on "The Fighter".... country reached number one in my chart late last year with Sam Hunt's "Take your time". At 19 is Moldovan group Carla's Dream who have been number one not only in Romania but in Russia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. An international hit by a Moldovan group singing in Romanian has happened once before and it was the biggest pan European hit of 2004 namely O Zone's "Dragostea din Tea". Finally at 20 is Swedish singer Miriam Bryant who is high in the Swedish chart with "Black car".
