'Boyfriend' was unashamedly one of my bops of the year and 'Dinner Guest' is excellence (as well as 'Ladbroke Grove' obviously) so perched

Wasn’t a fan of “Boyfriend” nor “Dinner Guest” at first, but had both on repeat after a few weeks - have high hopes for this. At worst we’ll get a similar track to Mabel’s Not3s collaborations surely, which I am OK with.

Why did my mind immediately go to the Pet Shop Boys when I saw that song title. Oh I know...
In a West end town in a dead end world The East end boys and West end girls West end girls I know West Ten won’t be that but it was a strange first thing for me to think of when I opened this thread.

Nowhere near as instant as Dinner Guest was for me but I like it.
I think Ladbroke Grove is one of his weakest singles and this sounds pretty much like v2 of that. |
