Album #12 now with 2014's Kiss Me Once, which only had 2 singles & like I've done with some of Kylie's other eras, I've decided to add more, such as "Crystalize" which was released during the era, "Sexercise" which was a promo single & had a music video, as well as "Beautiful" her collaboration with Enrique Igelesias which charted in Australia & was planned as a single at one point. But of course these are optional in your ranking.

This thread is getting more responses than her far better "Aphrodite" era, mmmm interesting....

If this era went with the planned singles run of = ('Into The Blue', 'I Was Gonna Cancel', 'Sexy Love', 'Beautiful' & of course 'Crystalize'), then my ranking would be...

01. Into The Blue
02. Crystalize
03. Sexy Love
04. I Was Gonna Cancel
05. Beautiful

Still a pretty run, but at least it would have been something (I suppose). !SL" was slated as single #3 for summer '14 with a music video to be directed by Dawn Shadforth, but nothing came of it. This could have been interesting with a fun music video, could have easily been a top 60 hit, or had a better reception than 'IWGC' at the very least. As for 'Beautiful' - I really don't know, maybe if Enrique came on board for some actual promo/video shoot & CUT OUT that awful auto-tune, then yes this could have worked, as a low mid-charting hit.

With the performance of Into The Blue, did they panic and fear the whole campaign was going to struggle and provide kylie with her 2nd lowest selling album or did they really believe I was Gonna Cancel could be the song to reignite interest in the album.

I think they only went with 'I Was Gonna Cancel' because Pharrell was the man of the moment and they thought having his association would help, which I can understand.

I think they probably knew the campaign was entirely doomed and that was their best bet.

I’m in the minority and I loved beautiful then and still do now, I think it would have done much better than I was gonna cancel if they had a video with them both in it and did a performance.

Not a good time for Kylie fans - This album is one I don't play much

1) Into The Blue - by far the best track on the album and thank goodness they did start with it - I do still listen to this track
2) Sexercise - Yeah I do like this song - a bit risky but it is fun

Massive gap now I don't like any of these songs really

3) I Was Gonna Cancel - I know this song has a story of why it was made but it isn't that good
4) Beautiful (ft Enrique Igelesias)* - I hate the vocoder on this track - over produced
5) Crystalize - This is just awful one of her worst songs ever !!
