welcome to Persephonia hosting part of a TBO for the first time, now in a new and exciting combined TBO/Rejects format for 2019. The format will be explained in full in the green room soon I believe (that'll be down to Phil x) (edit: it's here), and he's put a fuller summary of it in his OP for heat 2, but the gist is that this week we have 4 heats to determine which of a selection of DNQs from throughout the year will progress into the big boy rounds to compete with the qualifiers. Will any of them manage to make it all the way to the final? ;o

Anyone who entered BJSC during 2019 is eligible to vote in this heat and indeed all the others (we encourage you to vote in all 4 heats if you want!) - vote by dropping a PM to me (Michael Bubré) with your top 10 from the 20 songs below (using the normal Eurovision points system, i.e. 12/10/8-1). The deadline is 23:59 on Saturday 21st December which gives you a good 5 days to refamiliarise yourself with (or hear for the first time) these songs! There will be a deduction (of 15 points I believe) for any countries in this heat who don't deliver votes so just voting should give you a much improved chance of progressing to the next round x
