Taylor Swift finally on A playlist
And yay for Charli on the C list Break the rules is an amazing song. Unless it has changed date again, isn't this an early add? This post has been edited by Ultraviolence1989: 17th September 2014, 05:04 PM |

Great to see Taylor finally on the A-List, wonder if she could finally get a new peak, she needs to sort out her streaming though..
Also great to see Zombie up there, heard it for the first time this week and it was very good, wasn't familiar with his early stuff but if it's anything like this, I'm not surprised it was a hit. Yay at Bang Bang climbing too, hopefully Meghan Trainor doesn't drop her single early so this great collaboration can be #1, hopefully Jessie J has singles up her sleeve more like Who You Are than Alive. Hoping Flashlight can reach the top 10 now too, glad it's getting good R1 support. Would be nice to see Usher do well too, the song isn't the best thing out but Nicki's verse is fabulous. Great additions for Charli XCX (top 10 pls), Eminem, The Vamps and Watermat. Great to see London Grammar pushing out another single too, If You Wait is absolutely stunnning so it's a great single chpice for sure. |

Happy to see Calvin go A List this week.
Happy to see London Grammar and Ben Howard added and pleased to see them snub the awful Nikki Minaj (although she has climbed the playlist featuring on Ushers new track). This post has been edited by gavindeejay: 17th September 2014, 05:21 PM |

I'm not overly surprised they've snubbed 'Anaconda'. But I am extremely surprised they haven't playlisted '100 Million' - they've finally snubbed an Example single |

BREAK THE RULES Smash hard please!
I think 'Anaconda' will be just fine without them, I can't see it not going at least top 3 regardless. |

'Bullit' is such an underwhelming song, as someone who has liked most of the dance hits of late. I can't believe it's actually going to be a hit. 'Jubel' all over again.
I think 'Anaconda' is probably being snubbed because Nicki already has two other songs on the playlist - they obviously aren't totally against 'Anaconda' as we saw from their tweets the other week. Of course it'd make more sense to play 'Anaconda' and snub 'She Came To Give It To You' but whatever. It'll do fine regardless. If London Grammar must continue to release singles can they PLEASE at least release 'Stay Awake'? I can't believe they picked the album middle-light 'Sights' over that, 'If You Wait' is a tad better but 'Stay Awake' is still crying for a release even if it's too late in the game for any single of theirs to do well (unless they do what Bastille did with 'Oblivion'). |

Flickers is clearly the best single choice left for me but Sights was my favourite song on the album apart drom Metal & Dust. if You Wait is stunning anyway.

Ridiculous they are snubbing Anaconda, but amazing it looks set to do well without airplay or videoplay. Last song I remember doing well with nothing like that is Cascada or Basshunter (when they were not initially supported). I am sure there is some more recent examples though.
Good to see Charli XCX on there. I need to check out the Krishane/Melissa Steel song too. |

Bullit getting support! Wow, seems like there are a higher number of French acts than usual smashing recently - Lilly Wood, David Guetta, Klingande, Daft Punk, Faul & Wad Ad and now Watermat!

Well The 1975 and Bastille milked their albums for singles, so why not London Grammar! It would be nice to get another single off AM actually

Great to see Charli getting an early add for the second week in a row. I feel big things for Charli.
Not shocked Anaconda was snubbed because it wasn't last week. Late playlisting a seem to be very rare. Overall I am surprised though after what they said in the playlisting meeting. Hopefully it'll do okay regardless. Though it's not playlisted on Kiss or Capital either. |

A bit upset about Anaconda missing out, but I wasn't really expecting much from R1 |
