Welcome to the next round of least favourite 'Good Girl Gone Bad' track as we see the first single drop out (and first collab), Rih's collaboration with Maroon 5, "If I Never See Your Face Again".

The song was released as the sixth single from 'Good Girl Gone Bad' and the fourth single from Maroon 5's own album 'It Won't Be Soon Before Long'. Despite the huge star power of the names involved - Rih off the back of her transatlantic #1 singles "Umbrella" and "Take a Bow" and Maroon 5 who had a first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single the year previously - the song failed to become a hit pretty much everywhere, charting at #28 in the UK and a dismal #51 in the US.

I do enjoy the song when I go back to it, which isn't often and I probably wouldn't have voted it for a couple more rounds but it does very much stick out on this album, hence its appearance as track 16. It feels much more like a Maroon 5 song than a Rihanna one - not surprising given that it was originally recorded and released on their album without Rihanna before she recorded vocals for its release as a single.

Forgot how many great songs were on this album Shame the Maroon 5 collab is out so soon, but I agree it is more of a M5 album than a Rih one and sticks out on GGGB. Breakin Dishes our next
