What do you think of the Gangnam's future new single GENTLEMAN?

Will it be another big hit or is it to similar and flop?

I won't choose an option on the poll until I actually hear it, but I think it'll be an easy top 10, however it won't have much longevity.

By the way - the song in the first post is not Psy "Gentleman".

Not Top 100, 'Gangnam Style' was clearly a novelty hit (even though it wasn't a novelty song), I see no reason why it would transfer onto future singles success.

He's obviously a one-hit wonder. Gentleman might go top 20 or even top 10 (I voted top 75 though) but it'll drop like a stone and then his 3rd single will do absolutely nothing.

I think as long as it's released OA/OS it'll stand a chance of debuting in the top 10 but it won't hang around well at all.

All of PSY's previous songs sound similar to this. If anything, Gangnam Style isn't exactly original.

Just like I expected it to be, it's another great song from PSY! I don't think it'll be very big, but it'll get top 10 because of the name Psy has made for himself.

I heard Right Now and thought that was genuinely quite a good song in its own right. Nothing too novelty or similar to Gangnam.

'Gangnum Style' is a brilliant party track that united the world. Pretty sure wherever you go in the world, they will know 'Gangnam Style'.

Just heard the preview video on page 1 and I agree with CHARLIE, it really does sound 'Gangnam Style' but with all the fun sucked out of it. It doesn't sound dreadful, it just sounds a bit boring for a dance track.

This is actually growing on me, I just found it good enough so I wouldn't turn it off if it came on the radio but I'm actually quite liking it now. It'll definitely be one of those songs which doesn't last more than a couple of weeks in my affections though, unlike Gangnam Style.

I actually really like this! The video is excellent too!

This could quite easily become the same sort of hit 'Sexy & I Know It' was for LMFAO, I reckon. So I reckon a high top 10 peak (not number 1) but not going anywhere for months.

I actually think this could peak at about #6 and stick around for a while, it's SO catchy and I'm actually really liking it now, although admittedly it doesn't have that same 'magic' that Gangnam Style did.

Gentleman is by far much more a grower compared to Gangnam Style which was pretty instant for a lot of people. I've seen people who said they weren't fond of it previous or didn't get 'it' before coming back to say they really like it now.

I'm really quite loving this now. I agree it started a meh for me, but now i can't get it out of my head

I also don't think it will be as infuriating as Gangnam Style eventually became for me, but i'll probably be retracting that statement in a few weeks

I have changed my mind, I think it is will get to #10 but only spend 4 weeks in the top 40.

I predict 10-12-22-39 chart run in the top 40, however I can imagine it will hang around outside the top 40 for a while.

Forgot to post, but I'd predicted #21-40. It was always going to do 'okay' after "Gangnam Style", it's just a matter of how well. #19 on iTunes already, could climb up into the top 10 though once video airplay kicks in.
