Although I still wish the brilliant Staying Up had been supported. Other than that, a very urban-centric update this week, so Mike's gonna love it Just going to assume at this point that Ready For It wasn't playlisted at all, and the person who updates the R1 website was just having a laugh! Not really true; in fact Middle of the Night was snubbed until the Number 1 album and they are no doubt still riding that effect. Similarly I don't think anything from the 2nd album was strongly supported at all

c: Joined: 12 March 2014 Posts: 13,151 User: 20,692	Crazy that the JP Cooper song is the longest runner yet it's still the only track on the entire playlist that I've never heard yet (aside from the BBC introducing track). He's been a bit irrelevant since September Song really so I'm surprised they feel the need to keep him on the playlist for so long? Yay for the Travis Scott, Bryson Tiller & Yxng Bane adds but they're all very late! Would be nice if they supported big R&B potential smashes a bit earlier...

'Rihanna' really reminds me of 'Luv' by Tory Lanez so glad that's doing well and not surprised they've added Giggs as he's so big right now and 'Linguo' sounds exactly like 'Lock Doh'. As Josh said, they're all relatively late, but I guess R1 will only support these type of songs once they look like crossing over. That Travis Scott track has been around for a while too, he's headlining 1Xtra Live next month so that's where the support is coming from. Elsewhere, good to see Khalid & Post Malone up to A List.

It's not like R1 are massively in love with Maggie Lindemann either, lest we forget how long it took them to add 'Pretty Girl'! Really loving 'Butterfly Effect' at the moment, once again seems like a strange time to add it (it must be on the verge of going to ACR in the chart now, hope it can continue to pick up and climb like 'No Don' has since R1 finally added it for example) but good to see anyway!
