From Me To You vs. Something

In round 6 of the Beatles '1' survivor polls here on BuzzJack, two songs refused to budge with 4 votes each. These are 'From Me To You' and 'Something'.

Plenty of time has passed now so here is a tiebreak round to determine which will be eliminated, ahead of round 7!

Please vote for your LEAST favourite of the two songs.

Me when 'Something' is already in danger:

'From Me To You' is cute but I have to pick that when the competition is so strong.

Something isn't a huge favourite of mine, but it's clearly one of their signature songs so this really shouldn't be a contest.

a song no-one much has covered vs one of the most-covered songs of the 20th century. Hmmm... hard choice! laugh.gif

Something is written for his George's wife of the time...Patti Boyd - soon to be the subject of Layla and other hit Eric Clapton songs. I think that is still a unique position for a woman to hold...

Johnson's applying the whip to this vote so if any Tories don't support him they'll have the whip removed next Monday. ERG will have something to think about then.

I didn't know Boris Johnson was taking such an interest in this Beatles poll. tongue.gif
