It’s aged worse than The Edge Of Glory.

But I don’t think it’s cheesy

it’s her most overrated single within her fanbase though for sure. With Gagas fans (esp the stans) its like a firm favourite like Bad Romance.

It was never so great at the start. It was always theatrical and over the top, and destined to never really cross over as a pop hit in the 2010s - it may have done better in the 80s with slightly different production as a cult hit.

Has Edge aged better? Yes - that works as a pop song.

Finally, people with taste!

I liked it at the time, but you are right. It is waaay too theatrical and over the top. The production is piss poor too. I liked BTW a little at thr time, but now I hate it snd think it's such a bad, dated album.
