hi, split this post from the other topic as its a new issue. The website is always responsive across all platform - what time of day do you receive this?

Can anyone else verify they have the same issue?

how often is not too often? Once a week or more? It could be possible (but rare) that this would happen..

There's times where it doesn't happen for a long time and then all over sudden 3 times a night or something like that

Does it tend to happen at 2am British time? Cause for the past forever every time it hits 2am the site completely dies for like 5 minutes.

we have our site backup at this time so this would make sense. When the database is backed up it creates a lock which in turn locks users out of the site for a couple of minutes.

Any random page cannot be displayed I dont believe is the server - I have never experienced it and our logs and uptime show that we are always online.. it could be that sometimes your ISP drops the packet / there was an issue routing your connection to our server but this is case by case.

Yeah I can't say I've ever experienced a problem with the site (aside from the standard 2am thing) that I couldn't blame on my own internet.
