Good evening Buzzverse! We are your hosts Ragnhildur Steinunn and Ólafur Darri and it's
finally time to start confirming your entries for the 134th edition of the Buzzjack Song Contest!



we are standing in castration valley surrounded by this beautiful tourist attraction that started
erupting just in time for this contest and we have decided that whoever comes last in each semi
will be sacrificed to this volcano to appease mother nature <evil cackle>



Err, well we won't be doing any of that but we wanted to show you how magnificent the nature
is here in Iceland Mosquetania as we dive into the rules of BJSC song confirmations!



Unfortunately I guess we are not allowed to throw any flops into the volcano but it has been
confirmed that anyone who failed to vote in the final of BJSC 133 who tries to confirm this month
will be thrown into Mosquetanian jail which is on top of our highest mountain, Fool's Peak, and
also not allowed to enter the contest. But everyone else is encouraged to confirm!



You can submit your song by filling out THIS FORM, but it will still need to meet the
VETO GUIDELINES to be eligible to compete. Bring on the sweet sweet tunes, baby!



You're allowed to change your entry at any point up until the deadline but if your song is vetoed
and the deadline has passed then you will be given an extended deadline so we encourage you
to have a back-up ready if you're unsure whether your song will pass the veto!



Song submissions will only be accepted through the form. Any submissions sent here in this
thread or via PM will simply be ignored. If you're unsure whether your submission has been
received, you're more than welcome to ask but when has technology EVER failed us?



Please check whether the song has already been entered into another edition of the contest
before you submit it. Also remember that any of last month's top 3 artists are not eligible to be
submitted this month: That's Doss, Ulrikke, Xenomania and Paige Cavell.



We encourage you to show diversity so please do not enter the same artist that you did last month,
give others the chance to shine on that stage for goodness sake!



If someone else has already confirmed one of the artists in your entry it's a first come, first serve type
of situation. Also you may want to see a doctor as this is a typical symptom of basic bitchness.



Official Eurovision entries are not eligible for this month's contest as has been the case for as long as
most of us can remember. This isn't BJSC 10 after all.



Finally, do not, under ANY circumstances, reveal your entry before we have officially revealed in the semi
final reveal thread on April 13th. You are allowed to drop hints and clues but actually confirming the song
is a big no-no and there are severe consequences for breaking this rule. Possibly death.



Uhh. Okay. I think it's best to wrap this up before Ragnhildur goes all Ghostface on you all. Confirmations
will be open until 23:59 UK time on monday April 12th. Updates and vetoes will be posted here at the
host's convenience and private messages will be sent to those who need to reconfirm.
