Drake for a 12th week "sigh", new track from Dizzee Rascal & Calvin Harris 'Hype', not expecting high hypes there, I can't really pin any other tracks apart from Adele earning a new peak with Send My Love, the singles chart is getting harder each week to write about.

As for albums hardly anything new apart from DJ Shadow 'The Mountain Will Fall' and Fred V & Grafix 'Oxygen', Adele might grab the #1 album after her Glastonbury spot, expecting old albums to re-climb up the chart with the Glastonbury Festival weekend.

Breakdown of the week
- Saturday and Sunday: Information on Twitter from MintRoyale only. Please do not make requests, we do not have any information other than what's posted.
- Monday: OCC Top 100 + Radio 1 Chart Update 5:30pm to 5:45pm.
- Tuesday: Top 40 update as and when we receive them with requests, this is NOT 100% guaranteed however. The OCC may publish sales flashes of their own accord but likewise, this is not guaranteed. Twitter and social media is your friend for today. Please post any information you find with a source. Do not nag for updates, we will post a top 40 update if we receive one.
- Wednesday: Top 40 update from Music Week from 5:45, and potential top 5 sales but this is not guaranteed.
- Thursday: See Tuesday.

Other notes (please read)
- You may make requests Tuesday to Thursday but outside the top 40, specific positions will not be revealed (unless deemed necessary by a mod).
- Please do not demand a midweek update, one will be posted as and when we receive the information. Patience is a virtue.
- Sales information will be given out as deemed necessary by a moderator, please bear this in mind when making requests. Most requests for sales will be ignored.
- To keep everyone in the loop of all chart action, please refer to the iTunes and Spotify threads.

Yes, somehow we managed 8 pages in the Predictions thread last week when nine out of Top ten were non-movers in the Singles smile.gif
Let's hope we get a bit more movement in the Top 10 this week!

The Album Chart continues to be more interesting and unpredictable - it does look set for Adele to return to the Top though.
Other Glastonbury boosts at the top end of the Chart that could challenge, ELO and Coldplay.

Also chance for Radiohead and RHCP to hold strong and stay in Top 5.

Christine & The Queens to stay Top 10 hopefully.

All 3 Adele albums will zoom up the charts - Also '19' and '21' have been reduced on iTunes, This is the first time they have been on sale since either was released so could give a further boost.

Is a Drake video actually coming? I hope so, so people can watch that on Youtube instead of streaming the thing.

I'm in disbelief that a song so pedestrian is set for 12 weeks at #1! I'd even sooner it was a song that I hate, or something that stirs up any sort of emotion in me besides 'how does that song go again?'.

Maybe he should just get out there and promote Too Good to replace himself at #1, it's not like it's far off getting there anwyay.

One Dance is actually increasing in streams - on spotify anyway. Looked at the charts and its numbers are now back to over 500k streams a day as of yesterday. Simply amazing. I love the song so not mad at it.

It's amazing how One Dance resonates with the right audience. It's truly an exception and will be treated as such for years to come.

Funnily enough he actually filmed the video for one dance like 1.5 months ago. Maybe he is no longer going to release it with the success of the song.

He is also rumoured to have filmed the video for Too Good and Controlla so looks like those are the next two singles he will be pushing. He starts his Summer 16 sold out tour in about 1 month so i think he will be releasing the videos in July. New videos and the touring especially will mean more streaming.

the 7Day+ column on kworb is handy to watch for this because it tells you how many more or less streams the song got today compared to a week ago, which prevents day by day bias so it's easier to tell which songs have upward momentum.

I hope Calum Scott can continue to improve on his current position. If England perform well at Euro 2016, Three Lions could make the top 40. Mind you, in 2012 its peak during Euro 2012 was #77, so England would have to make the semi-finals for a chance to see it improve on that position.

It'll be interesting to see how much streams Adele picks up. Hello was huge on sales but also huge on streams at 73k, I think Drake only beat that twice. I don't expect the album to get 73k streams but I imagine its overall sales figure will be pretty good.

Adele putting 25 on Spotify might also assist it getting a boost along with the Glastonbury performance. Perhaps even in tandem with it, for people suddenly exposed to her music, but who still don't want to shell out a tenner for the album.
