Well hello there, it's another week and another Thermo chart. Except this time I'll be running down each position 50 to 1 in proper chart show fashion. Unfortunately we can't get Jameela Jamil's fabulous commentary on this so we'll have to do with my own.
Last week's top 5 01 (01) Moko ~ Your Love (2-1-1-1-1) (5 weeks) 02 (03) Lilly Wood & The Prick ~ Prayer In C (Robin Schulz Remix) (43-8-5-1-1-4-3-3-2) (9 weeks) 03 (02) BH ~ Hold On (feat. Aloma Steele) (36-2-3) (3 weeks) 04 (04) Grimes ~ Go (feat. Blood Diamonds) (9-4-4-4) (4 weeks) 05 (15) Oliver Heldens ~ Koala (42-23-23-27-15-5) (6 weeks) This week's contenders Moko could potentially be coming for a fifth week at #1 tonight but Lilly Wood & The Prick could also be taking back the #1. In terms of new #1s we have challenges from Grimes and Oliver Heldens. There are 10 new entries this week and a few re-entries too. Top 50 starting soon! Jason Derulo feat. Snoop Dogg 'Wiggle' Chart Run: 5-20-37-25-13-34-46-x-50 Chart Sales: 520k Starting off with a re-entry, this is actually back thanks to the V Festival effect. I saw Jason live and predictably this song slayed. wigglewigglewiggle 49 38 06 Melissa Steel feat. Popcaan 'Kisses For Breakfast' Chart Run: 46-36-x-24-26-38-49 Chart Sales: 190k Making its way out of the chart is the summer reggae-lite jam that is Kisses For Breakfast. I do like it but not enough to make it a big hit. It was great seeing this make the UK top 10 though. |

Alesso 'Tear The Roof Up' Chart Run: 48 Chart Sales: 40k First new entry comes from Alesso. A great progressive house banger although it's not his best. Nice to see him do something other than the generic prog house formula though. Sadly it's not as good as songs like If I Lose Myself and Under Control which charted very highly. Still worth a listen though. - 47 ** 01 Mr.Kitty 'Destroy Me' Chart Run: 47 Chart Sales: 50k Another new entry and this one comes from BJSC. It's Eledan's entry which could potentially be winning tonight. Although it's not our preferred choice of winner it's still a great tune and very synth-poppy but in an indie way. |

David Guetta feat. Sam Martin 'Lovers On The Sun' Chart Run: 29-8-26-35-x-44-46 Chart Sales: 210k Down two places is Guetta's latest effort which is going to be UK #1 tonight. Is it his best #1? Of course not. But it's still quite good. - 45 ** 04 Brooke Candy 'Opulence' Chart Run: 41-22-46-x-45 Chart Sales: 160k Back in the chart is Brooke Candy who is basically a more gangsta version of Iggy Azalea. Opulence is her first Danaelandan chart hit and it certainly has a lot of swagga. |

Hot Natured 'Benediction' Chart Run: 23-43-x-19-24-8-10-21-39-x-44 Chart Sales: 230k Hot Natured are back in the chart too and it's the third time it's entered the chart, although the weeks gap was nowhere near as long as the one between it's first dropout and first reappearance. Still a great house tune which was lucky to peak at #40 the first time around when streaming wasn't in effect. - 43 23 05 Porter Robinson 'Lionhearted (Arty Remix)' Chart Run: 21-7-17-23-43 Chart Sales: 160k Slipping down the chart after having peaked at #7, it's Porter Robinson with his third top 10 hit of the new era Worlds. Which is an album I still haven't listened to (flop fan). Anyway the Arty remix is doing more for me than the original at the moment so have a listen if you haven't already and like the original. |

Mr. Probz 'Waves (Robin Schulz Remix)' Chart Run: 23-4-10-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-4-6-7-13-9-9-9-10-7-7-10-11-20-29-28-24-42 Chart Sales: 1,550k Out of the top 40 now it's Mr. Probz who has had a massive hit in Waves which has now passed a million and a half sales in Danaelanda. It's sad to see it go but it has to make way for newer songs It should easily be the #1 in the year-end chart though. - 41 39 10 Jess Glynne feat. Gorgon City 'Right Here' Chart Run: 30-23-15-6-4-7-15-23-34-39-41 Chart Sales: 350k Jess Glynne just misses the top 40 with Right Here. It's had a great chart run and healthy sales and I can only hope her next single is just as good, although judging by her live performance at V Fest, it won't be. Except I don't know which one is the new single. - RECAP 41 (39) Jess Glynne ~ Right Here (feat. Gorgon City) (30-23-15-6-4-7-15-23-34-39-41) (10 weeks) 42 (24) Mr. Probz ~ Waves (Robin Schulz Remix) (23-4-10-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-4-6-7-13-9-9-9-10-7-7-10-11-20-29-28-24-42) (29 weeks) 43 (23) Porter Robinson ~ Lionhearted (Arty Remix) (feat. Urban Cone) (21-7-17-23-43) (5 weeks) 44 (RE) Hot Natured ~ Benediction (23-43-x-19-24-8-10-21-39-x-44) (9 weeks) 45 (RE) Brooke Candy ~ Opulence (41-22-46-x-45) (4 weeks) 46 (44) David Guetta ~ Lovers On The Sun (feat. Ben Hammersley feat. Emma Watson & Olafur Arnalds 'Pantomime' Chart Run: 16-30-40 Chart Sales: 100k Dropping 10 places it's the gorgeous ballad from Ben Hammersley which features backing vocals from EMMA ACTUAL WATSON. Yes it's actually her. Beautiful song - 39 ** 01 Maria Hazell 'Say It Like You Mean It' Chart Run: 39 Chart Sales: 40k New in at #39 is Tartford BJSC entry 'Say It Like You Mean It' which has great production for a pop song which really elevates it. The vocals are pretty good too. Hopefully it doesn't flop too hard. |

Nico & Vinz 'Am I Wrong?' Chart Run: 24-x-35-31-33-44-41-22-38-x-41-43-38 Chart Sales: 370k Up a few places back into the top 40 is pop anthem 'Am I Wrong' which is a massive seller in the UK and pretty big here too despite missing the top 20. - 37 ** 01 Sam Smith 'I'm Not The Only One' Chart Run: 37 Chart Sales: 50k The second new entry in the top 40 is Sam Smith who brings his new single into the chart, partly helped by me seeing him at V Fest and also because it's a pretty good ballad. |

Zeds Dead feat. Twin Shadow & D'Angelo Lacy 'Lost You' Chart Run: 50-19-12-2-2-10-17-36 Chart Sales: 320k Another big drop this week, this time it comes from former BJSC entry for Ethanola which is 'Lost You'. Still a good tune but it's falling out of favour with me right now. - 35 20 20 Ferreck Dawn & Redondo 'Love Too Deep' Chart Run: 28-30-28-1-1-2-1-1-1-2-6-11-16-15-13-19-19-22-20-35 Chart Sales: 680k Another big faller. Except it's been in the chart for absolutely ages so it's less bad. One of the best songs of the year and a great deep house song. I just hope it can scrape the UK top 40. |

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike vs. W&W 'Waves' Chart Run: 10-11-13-34 Chart Sales: 70k Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike's latest big room banger falls down 21 places after initially holding up well. It's generic big room but it's done well. - 33 ** 01 Vanic x Machineheart 'Circles' Chart Run: 33 Chart Sales: 30k Lots of BJSC entries in this chart this week. This one is being tipped to win the whole contest with really short odds. Could it be a first win for Florina in their really long BJSC career? Wouldn't that be INSANE? |

Hudson Mohawke 'Chimes' Chart Run: 32 Chart Sales: 10k Trap music is rarely done this well, I love the 'epic' feel to this. Oh and it should've qualified in the BJSC - 31 28 12 Mr. Belt & Wezol 'Shiver' Chart Run: 40-1-4-4-4-7-10-24-20-20-28-31 Chart Sales: 470k Nice future house song, this duo is one to watch out for in the future surely. Although they haven't done anything else that's nearly as good as this. RECAP 31 (28) Mr. Belt & Wezol ~ Shiver (40-1-4-4-4-7-10-24-20-20-28-31) (12 weeks) 32 (NE) Hudson Mohawke ~ Chimes 33 (NE) Vanic x Machineheart ~ Circles 34 (13) Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike vs. W&W ~ Waves (10-11-13-34) (4 weeks) 35 (20) Ferreck Dawn & Redondo ~ Love Too Deep (28-30-28-1-1-2-1-1-1-2-6-11-16-15-13-19-19-22-20-35) (20 weeks) 36 (17) Zeds Dead ~ Lost You (feat. Les Loups feat. Cybil 'Colourblind' Chart Run: 30 Chart Sales: 60k Another BJSC entry. This time from Utopia. It's a lovely house song which gets me going although it is slightly overshadowed by better house hits from the same contest from Trifoski and Syndare. Still worth a listen. - 29 ** 01 The Magician feat. Years & Years 'Sunlight' Chart Run: 29 Chart Sales: 60k Really good and summery house here which will be a big hit on my chart I think. Expect a climb for this next week. #TrifoskiHype |

Nicki Minaj 'Anaconda' Chart Run: 26-28 Chart Sales: 30k Such a fun song and not to be taken seriously. I love fun Nicki more so yay for her releasing this. Should be climbing my chart next week. - 27 40 06 Sia 'Chandelier' Chart Run: 9-18-x-50-38-40-27 Chart Sales: 350k Climbing for no other reason than it's a great pop song. What a voice she's got on her And when it's applied to a song like this of course I'm gonna like it. |

Deorro 'Five Hours' Chart Run: 21-15-31-x-11-26 Chart Sales: 300k Deorro has a great unique style of electro-house and on this song he applies it as its best. It re-entered the chart last week due to me loving it again and also because it was entered in BJSC by Yehesi. Let's hope other countries appreciate this and make it go in the top half of the table! - 25 18 04 Becky Hill 'Caution To The Wind' Chart Run: 6-9-18-25 Chart Sales: 130k The first of 2 Becky Hill songs in the chart, the other of course being Gecko which is still in the chart (but where?). This is a nice introduction to her and I hope she keeps on delivering with her new singles. |

Oo, great new entries in this section Dan.
Sam smith's new song really is gorgeous, I'd like to see it make the top 10 officially soon. Lots of good choice in BJSC here too, Florina and Trifoski being personal faves for this section, the official video for the latter is interesting to say the least.. |

We're back! Thanks for the comments so far
24 33 03 PAWWS 'Outside' Chart Run: 33-33-24 Chart Sales: 110k I wasn't a big fan of 'Slow Love' which was a BJSC entry but I discovered this and wow it's a great pop tune. It won't do a thing in the official chart though but it's still worth a listen. Future top 10? - 23 19 36 Oliver Heldens x Becky Hill 'Gecko Chart Run: 6-13-25-47-40-x-22-16-20-14-6-7-18-7-5-11-11-8-7-16-28-32-29-34-24-42-37-18-3-8-16-30-39-44-35-19-23 Chart Sales: 1,330k The longest runner in the countdown and it isn't going anywhere. Despite missing #1 it's become one of the biggest hits of the year. Oliver Heldens is certainly one to watch out for especially his new song Koala which could be #1 tonight. |

Paperwhite 'Take Me Back' Chart Run: 35-22 Chart Sales: 60k Fabulous slice of indie-pop which sounds a bit 80s too. I don't just love dance songs y'know. Potential top 10 hit in the making. - 21 ** 01 Netsky feat. Beth Ditto 'Running Low' Chart Run: 21 Chart Sales: 50k Belgian drum n' bass man Netsky enters just outside the top 20. He is big in his home country but sadly it flopped everywhere else including the UK. He needs a hit soon and I think he will get one as it's not too dissimilar to Sigma who are now big after having been underground for years. It's not his first hit in my chart, as he had a top 10 hit with Love Has Gone in 2012 RECAP 21 (NE) Netsky ~ Running Low (feat. Beth Ditto) 22 (35) Paperwhite ~ Take Me Back (35-22) (2 weeks) 23 (19) Oliver Heldens x Becky Hill ~ Gecko (6-13-25-47-40-x-22-16-20-14-6-7-18-7-5-11-11-8-7-16-28-32-29-34-24-42-37-18-3-8-16-30-39-44-35-19-23) (36 weeks) Longest Runner 24 (33) PAWWS ~ Outside (33-33-24) (3 weeks) 25 (18) Becky Hill ~ Caution to the Wind (6-9-18-25) (4 weeks) 26 (11) Deorro ~ Five Hours (21-15-31-x-11-26) (5 weeks) 27 (40) Sia ~ Chandelier (9-18-x-50-38-40-27) (6 weeks) 28 (26) Nicki Minaj ~ Anaconda (26-28) (2 weeks) 29 (NE) The Magician ~ Sunlight (feat. 3LAU feat. Bright Lights 'How You Love Me' Chart Run: 47-43-22-20 Chart Sales: 140k Generic dance song but it is very good despite that and it climbs in my top 20. We hope it does very well for Jayrusalem tomorrow night. - 19 27 02 Jay Dabhi & Moises Modesto 'Cry For Freedom' Chart Run: 27-19 Chart Sales: 100k Another BJSC entry and this time it's from Persephonia who climb to #19 with Cry For Freedom. Is this a sign that we're giving them points? |
