So the Foo Fighters have announced their 8th studio album. It's going to be called 'Sonic Highways' released on the 10th November 2014.

The album will have nine different covers - one for each of the cities it was recorded in and another 'forever' cover. The eight cities are Chicago, Austin, Nashville, Los Angeles, Seattle, New Orleans, Washington, DC and New York.

Sonic Highways' tracklisting:

1. Something From Nothing
2. The Feast and the Famine
3. Congregation
4. What Did I Do?/God As My Witness
5. Outside
6. In the Clear
7. Subterranean
8. I Am a River

There's also a trailer for the album too:

Awesome! I've been waiting for this! I guess they will be 8 very long tracks, unless that's just the standard edition.

Also Dio - Holy Diver.

Alf Poier obviously ripped off Dio wholesale.

Grohl has only nicked the first part of the whole riff but that's still Dio.

I was just gonna ask that. Are they worth watching?

I have them on the sky plus - hopefully it'll help the album and single sell well!

Anyone off to Glastonbury this year? Foo Fighters have confirmed that they will be headlining Friday Night at the festival during their speech at the NME Awards this evening. They won Best International Band.
