'Mr. Robot' has been given a 2nd season due to being a critical smash. Not really sure on it's viewers, but I suspect they were decent enough if it's managed a second season?

Posted by: Henderella 8th September 2015, 06:08 AM

Yeah it was renewed before it even started airing!

Posted by: Jonjo 8th September 2015, 05:36 PM

Ooh didn't know that! Looking forward to catching up some more tonight!

Posted by: J▼hnkm 24th September 2015, 10:08 PM

Proof has been cancelled by TNT after one season and Lifetime have renewed Devious Maids for a 4th season.

Posted by: Scherz 24th September 2015, 10:14 PM

Devious Maids! wub.gif I'm so glad, I literally live for it when it's on

Posted by: J▲hq 25th September 2015, 09:47 AM

Yay a renewal cheer.gif Boo reduced episode order nocheer.gif

Posted by: J▼hnkm 25th September 2015, 07:56 PM

ABC has renewed Mistresses for a 4th season also.

Posted by: J▼hnkm 7th October 2015, 10:32 PM

In as bizarre a move as I've ever witnessed, Fox have handed not only a single season renewal but TWO WHOLE SEASONS to perennial underperformer and sack of crap Bob's Burgers.

Some surprising and some not TV NEWS

The CW have announced Beauty and The Beast will be ending after S4 (and 70 episodes).
SyFy have cancelled Dominion, their second highest rated show in A18-49, after 2 seasons.
CBS have cancelled Extant after 2 seasons.
USA have cancelled Graceland after 3 seasons.
ABC Family have cancelled Chasing Life after 2 seasons.
Fox have defacto cancelled Minority Report as they reduced the episode order from 13 to 10.

Posted by: J▼hnkm 14th October 2015, 10:20 PM

The CW have also put Tyra out to pasture after 22 cycles of ANTM.

Posted by: J▼hnkm 16th October 2015, 08:18 PM

In an attempt to clean house entirely Defiance has now also been cancelled by SyFy. At least it got a somewhat satisfying conclusion unlike Dominion.

Posted by: Pacifica 16th October 2015, 09:40 PM

Chasing Life noooooooooo. I hope it gets a good conclusion though. :'(

Posted by: J▼hnkm 16th October 2015, 09:43 PM

Apparently it did, but then I don't watch so have nae clue bbz

Posted by: Conderella 15th November 2015, 09:22 PM

I don't think it was posted yet but Blindspot has been officially renewed for season 2.

Posted by: Qween 4th March 2016, 12:48 AM

ABC have renewed all the obvious stuff, basically anything not renewed at this point it ain't looking good bar the Friday shows perhaps (American Crime, The Muppets, Nashville, Galavant, Agent Carter, Castle).

The Real O'Neal's is too early to tell (a 1.8/1.9 combo is a solid start, but moving to Tuesday I'm guessing it'll drop to near 1.0 soon and probably not be back) and The Family could go either way. The Catch should do well enough, even in the dramatically weakened TGIT to bag a renewal and then Secrets & Lies is an odd one, it's basically airing in the summer as is, so maybe they'll renew it for then again in 2017 if it holds up.

Posted by: Qween 4th March 2016, 12:48 AM

Also, for Silas (and from last week), Bones will be ending next season with a 12 episode run.

Posted by: sammy01 4th March 2016, 09:03 AM

Bones deserved that final season to tie everything up nicely. Think it is now the Fox drama with the most seasons ever.

Posted by: Euphorique 13th March 2016, 04:30 AM

CW renewed pretty much everything

Posted by: f1mad 13th March 2016, 09:40 AM

It was obvious that it was getting to the end for Bones but i'm glad it got a final season so that it can be ended properly.

Posted by: Qween 13th May 2016, 03:47 AM

So the final decisions have been made and there's a few surprises in there (Nashville and Castle both seemed good for short final seasons and Supergirl is moving to The CW).
