Also confirmed that storylines will reference COVID-19 and the jump ahead in time, but it won't be a main focus of the plots, which is good I guess. I wonder if we’ll get some flashbacks to compensate for the time off air

I’d rather they didn’t mention it at all, especially if we’re all still social distancing by then. Obviously they’d film with social distancing measures but they can’t tell stories if the characters are supposed to be social distancing and they can’t act like it’s all over if it’s not.

 Jack really has hit a wall as a character. I wish they’d give him something to do other than be in the police. The whole time he’s been in it he’s always ruddy talked about being in the police and now that’s all he has going for him! I do like his and Denise’s relationship but I want another dynamic to him/them. |

Not sure how Ben will call Phil later when he can’t even hear. But then, after Cummings drove for half an hour to test out his eyesight, Ben with poor hearing taking part in the job doesn’t seem so far fetched.
It was an episode of revelations today. Tina realises her family don’t care about and maybe she’ll realise the audience feel the same way. Ruby also took note of her scripts for the past 9 months and realised she’s been treading water. It does look like they’re finally going to do something with her. And Suki help Kush break into the house just to get her cardigan back was pure life giving. |

So much better when characters like Sharon and Ruby get a focus. Still can’t feel sorry for Keegan.
Are they going to do a homeless story with Tina where she’s too proud to ask for help? Not here for it. |
