Hi Everyone!!!
Welcome back to the Sugababes Artist Forum!!!!! I am so so so stoked to be welcoming you all back to a legendary AF, and at a time of such great news for Sugababes fans. Bare with me the next couple of days, a lot of Admin points to work through and a few hundred old threads to find but in the interim, let me know how excited you are to have us back and lets get this show back on the road! Great news and great timing. So happy to have this back!
I’ll need to add this to my Artist Forums settings when it’s an option. |

Just want to say that I’m loving the passion and effort by you Phil on this artist forum! Love the fandom here!
I have a question, and please forgive my negligence/nativity for asking, but could someone put together a basic post about who the Sugababes are (currently) and where they have been and their future plans etc for those of us that might not have kept up with the latest happenings in recent times for this vintage girl group. |

The current iteration of the Sugababes are the original members: Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan. This year they're releasing a reissue of One Touch (their debut album) and the first remix is out already. There were a lot of legal issues with their name (and other stuff going on behind the scenes) so their return kept getting pushed back and it became a meme for them to say the release would be "soon." They released one single as MKS and then a lot of their other material leaked. They now have rights to the name and featured on a cover of the song Flowers for DJ Spoony. |

I'm really pleased that it's back! I honestly found it sad when it was let go of, even though I understood the reasoning for it. That was just two years ago, April 2019!
Sugababes are back, the forum is back... feels good |

Great to see so many familiar faces, and some new ones!!!
Reminder to stream Silly Cow no x.Just want to say that I’m loving the passion and effort by you Phil on this artist forum! Love the fandom here! Thanks Wardy!! Over the next fortnight my plan is to slowly build everything up as part of a "Project Restart" so I don't spam the place with like 30 new threads in one night As part of that, this thread will be replaced as a pinned thread by a proper welcome post that will have links to all the individual Album threads i'm posting (that has some interesting background and their streaming links) and then a timeline of the band, their releases, line ups, and what theyve been up to up until OT (20). Tombo has posted an excellent summary that should give you the 411 in the meantime! |

The original line up are re-releasing One Touch for its belated 20th anniversary with b-sides, demos and new remixes. Thanks loads for explaining. I just read up on it. It’s interesting that there’s also the potential for new music after this. I am here for a Run For Cover rerelease! |
