So, they've been teasing new music for this Summer for a while now - and now Lynn from PVRIS has confirmed they'll shooting a music video today!
BUZZINGGGG
YASSSSSS
more than ready for this *.*
it would seem we are getting SOMETHING on july 12th???
Another tease! I reckon we'll get something this Friday
I'm so hyped!! They never disappoint!
i'm so ready for this!! i love that they seem to be carrying on the same sorta aesthetic but perhaps a bit darker? im sure im gonna stan whatever it is they've got up their sleeve tbh
New single and video confirmed for Friday!
single artwork
it would seem we're out of the monochromatic era as well
Out in Australia!
Sounds so good! Killer chorus - electrorock is the word I'd use to describe the song.
I'm gonna wait until midnight but electrorock is what I'd call their older stuff so I'm guessing its not too far from that? it sounded quite experimental from the clip tho
im so excited like i love this band almost as much as i love paramore so i know im gonna love anything they put out
Love the new track! A little different but still very PVRIS
okay i gave in and listened, i adore it it sounds a lot more mainstream than their previous stuff, maybe this could be the one to smash for them *.*
ITS HERE
Can't stop listening to this
Looove this, banger *.* The right progression in their sound tbh, it's moving on being a bit more commercial but not totally abandoning their core!
lynn said on instagram that their next single is even poppier than this one
This feels very different from them but I am liking it, interested to see where else they go with this new sound ~
pvris recently asked for fans to give their address and it seems quite a few people have recieved a vinyl - next single is seemingly called "hallucinations" and is coming soon *.*
'Hallucinations' out tonight!
Video as well! This is sounding so good
I'm actually bowled over at how good this is!! The production *.* *.* *.*
They've done a really good job of going poppier without losing their heart and core.
This is brilliant!

Turns out these two songs are from a new EP out October 25th - their third album will be released in the first quarter of 2020. So more to look forward to!
Hallucinations is near pop perfection. That middle 8 leading into the explosive final chorus gives me chills. Love!
This is coming up towards being my song of the year, can't get over how bloody great this is!!
UK TOUR!! you can bet i got tickets for glasgow
Hopefully they do a proper UK tour next year with more than 3 dates
idk if the album will be out before these dates, I'm presuming this is like the EP tour and we'll get another tour with bigger venues around spring time? they usually tour constantly anyway but I'm so excited to see them in a small venue, I've seen them twice before and they're absolutely incredible and only seem to improve each time, definitely a band I'd pay to see live over and over again!
apparently they sold out the entire UK leg in under a minute :')
Heard Hallucinations on R1 last night, no idea it was PVRIS! Really liking this one, the productions hits really well! Lynne's vocals sound even better than usual but they haven't lost what made them in the first place.
The EP is called 'Hallucinations' and is out on October 25th!
Tracklist:
1. Hallucinations
2. Nightmare
3. Death of Me
4. Things Are Better
5. Old Wounds
I'm actually shook and like I knew it was gonna be good but holy f***ing shit it's incredible!! Old Wounds? MASTERPIECE!! Nightmare? A DAMN BOP!! Things Are Better? SO STUNNING I SOBBED!!
the album is gonna decapitate me when its out next year if this is the level they're playing at now
Nothing beats Hallucinations but Nightmare is a BOP
I think Old Wounds is my fave, i cannot wait to hear these new tracks live *.*
Love all the tracks but I think Things Are Better is my favourite, one of the most beautiful songs I've heard in a while
'Old Wounds' is the best song I've heard from them since 'St. Patrick' - at last I'm really liking something of theirs again *.*
Old Wounds video out tomorrow!
Old Wounds video:
Hallucinations has been added to the Radio 1 C-list this week!

5. Death of Me

Glad Hallucinations and Death Of Me are on there!
Oooooh this is brill!
HELP THIS IS SO GOOD OM CRYING
This sounds good on first listen but I also miss uptempo PVRIS with the trancey synths that sounded like a clubbier Paramore. My House, St Patrick, that kind of thing.
This is so uptempo and probs one of their most dancey?!??
I'll give you the dancey but not the uptempo. Seems pretty midtempo to me. But yes, songs like My House already exist, no need to rewrite them.
'Death Of Me' ended up being the only song from the EP that I cared for that much but I am really liking 'Dead Weight' too (maybe even more than 'Death Of Me'), it seems like a good blend of rocky PVRIS and electropoppy PVRIS.
I love dead weight more than the ep stuff tbh, I also love how Lynn is owning up to just how much she does on her own for pvris like the band is basically her as far as the concepts and creation go so it's nice to see her have more confidence in putting that out there as seen in the video
Pushed back to July 10
Gimme A Minute is out today! Liking this one
I enjoyed Gimme A Minute! I like the melody but frankly at some parts it sounds a bit ordinary for me.
Yeah it's definitely one of my favourites from them!
PVRIS feature on Guardin's new single 'alive' out today - sounds decent!
Just a week before release, it's been pushed back to August 28 :/
Ffs if this gets pushed back one more time 😭
Completely forgot this is out in a week! The delays have done it no favours, and it's strange there hasn't been a single release since Dead Weight - but I am looking forward to it.
070 Shake has also been confirmed to feature on the title track.
January Rain is absolutely stunning omg
'Use Me' deluxe is out tonight, including 'Thank You' featuring Raye! A very unexpected feature there
