Love the trailer, looks really fun and interesting! This is Warren Beatty's first directed movie in absolutely ages as well! The cast is also so massive and fantastic!; Warren Beatty, Lily Collins, Alden Ehrenreich, Annette Bening, Matthew Broderick, Alec Baldwin, Steve Coogan, Ed Harris, Haley Bennett, Martin Sheen, Megan Hilty, Candice Bergen + More! |

Was disappointed by this, was expecting it to be a charming little Hollywood movie like Café Society but I was so bored during most of the runtime and Beatty was kinda really unlikable so there was very little charm to it either, not to mention I was so confused with what the plot even was by the end of it :/ Ehrenreich was fab and he has buckets of charisma (can't wait to see him as Han Solo) and I wish there was more of Annette Bening too, she was really funny here and I missed her after the first 10 minutes of the film Lily Collins too was decent I guess but not sure why she really got singled out for the Golden Globe nomination and her big moments felt a little forced (especially seeing as she's not even the lead and we had to put with far too much Warren Beatty)! I wish we'd got more of the minor side characters like Haley Bennett/Annette Bening/Steve Coogan who all had fun moments over the Beatty scenes, yawn.
