I saw this on Twitter after Liam (?) Liked the tweet and it gave me an idea for this thread.

Who, in your opinion, has the best singles run? (For fairness it must be a run of at least 3 singles - no less)

Off the top of my head...

Spice Girls: (1) Wannabe - Say You'll Be There - 2 Become 1 - Who Do You Think You Are/Mama

(2) Spice Up Your Life - Too Much - Stop - Viva Forever - Goodbye > Forever unmatched. That run is.. flawless. <
---
Britney Spears: Gimme More - Piece Of Me - Break the Ice
---
Little Mix: (1) Black Magic - Love Me Like You - Secret Love Song - Hair

(2) Shout Out To My Ex - Touch - No More Sad Songs - Power

> Glory Days in particular was stellar <
--'
Pussycat Dolls: Dont Cha - Stickwitu - Beep - Buttons - I Don't Need A Man - Wait A Minute > What a run of singles! <

Those four Nelly singles were ridiculously good looking back.

The most recent one is probably No Tears Left to Cry, God is a Woman and Breathin (from one album)

The trio of Sexy! No No No... / Call The Shots / Can't Speak French is utter pop perfection for me wub.gif but it could've been even better with 'Girl Overboard' 4th!

thats true x the Nelly Furtado run
also agree on the 4 singles from Sugababes-Angels with Dirty Faces

I'd add the 5 singles from Amy Winehouse - Back to Black

I'd say probably the 6/7 first Gaga singles were all great

and going back, the 5 singles from Madonna - True Blue, that's probably the best sequence ever

I've got a couple =

Taylor Swift - 1989 = Shake It Off/Blank Space/Style/Bad Blood/Wildest Dreams/Out of the Woods/New Romantics

Has there ever been a more flawless run than this & from one album...

Celine Dion - Falling Into You = Falling Into You/Because You Loved Me/It's All Coming Back To Me Now/All By Myself

Another pretty flawless run there, 3 all-time classics in a row & a beautiful lead single that's not quite up there with the other 3, but still wonderful.

Madonna - Like A Prayer = Like A Prayer/Express Yourself/Cherish/Oh Father/Dear Jessie/Keep It Together

This is a pretty strong run I must say, sure some (namely 'DJ') not as strong as others, but still a pretty great run

Michael Jackson - Thriller = Billie Jean/Beat It/Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'/Human Nature/PYT (Pretty Young Thing)/Thriller

This has to be one of the greatest runs ever from an all-time great album, (apart from the lead single), everything else was just perfect. As well as Bad = I Just Can't Stop Loving You/Bad/The Way You Make Me Feel//Man In The Mirror/Dirty Diana/Another Part of Me/Smooth Criminal/Leave Me Alone/Liberian Girl

Carly Rae Jepsen - Emotion = I Really Like You/Run Away With Me/Your Type

Short but sweet, if there were more then 'All That', the title track & maybe 'Warm Blood' would be my choices.

This! Add True Blue's singles to that list too actually: Live to Tell, Papa Don't Preach, True Blue, Open Your Heart, La Isla Bonita

Yes Jade! Rhythm of Love is pretty flawless too: Devil, Step Back in Time, What Do I Have to Do, Shocked

Trying to think of some recent ones. Kinda hard when a lot of pop artists don't release a lot of singles from one album. I agree that Ariana has had some great single runs, which would be even more incredible if she released fan faves like Greedy too.

You can add Walk Away to this and it still holds. Such an amazing album and singles run! wub.gif

But yes Nelly Furtado's 06-07 run was amazing and incredibly impressive. There have been some excellent examples here but I definitely think Nelly's is among the best, such a shame how her star has faded.
