Iggy confirmed on her Twitter account that there's not a song called "Bli$$".

Also, it was mentioned in the Popjustice forum that the song Britney and Iggy recorded is going to be included in Giorgio Moroder's album. Moreover, Nicki Minaj was originally to be there instead of Iggy.
