Similar to the thread about top 40 weeks, I thought it would be interesting to see the effect streaming has had on the amount of weeks a song is in the top 10, as opposed to if the chart were sales only.

It would have been nice for some of those songs to be top 10 hits.

Maybe a post-album single from someone like Ed Sheeran or an indie/alternative artist which gets very close to top 10 on sales, but not quite (and streaming boosts it there officially). |

I think the only way there will be a top 10 hit that didn't get there on the sales-only chart (in the near future anyway) is if we get another song that would ordinarily be a long running #11 hit but happens to coincide with what would ordinarily be a scrapey top 10 hit. I imagine they'll be more common as streaming continues to get bigger.
