TΣRRΔ DI CΔMPIΩΠI (pron. terr-ah dee champ-ee-oh-nee), is a relatively small country that consumes just over 1.7 million kilometres of its continent. It was established on the 5th of April 1974. It first participated in the Buzzjack Song Contest in July, fourty years after it was officialised, sending out electronic dance-pop singer/songwriter Kerli with the song The Lucky Ones. Since then we've seen acts such as Grum and Broiler representing the nation with their tracks Heartbeats and Rays Of Light. In February 2015 Terra di Campioni returned to the contest after a two month hiatus (for reasons still unknown) with their song Touch by their representing artist Troye Sivan; this entry marked their most successful yet finishing 11th in the final with 128 points received (including five 12's).

TΣRRΔ DI CΔMPIΩΠI prides itself on being a well-run democracy who's main concerns are that of the benefit of their general public. As of the 30th of June 2015, their unemployment rate is, respectably, a feeble 5% of the population able to work. President Callum Christopher has expressed great interest in the BJSC on many occasions and made history in July by admitting the country into the contest only 24 hours following his time as head of house in government.

BRIEF HISTORY
Shortly before it's establishment, TΣRRΔ DI CΔMPIΩΠI was a vast stretch of uncolonised land that catered only to vegetation and small wildlife. After long discussions concerning this strip of earth, former president and and previous aristocrat John Burke and his accomplices who at the time situated themselves within the surrounding countries of the land came to the conclusion that it could be put to better use and therefore began negotiating with their superiors in the neighbouring governments to utilise this patch for all it's worth. After six months of long consideration, an international vote was held within the continent to see if the current civilisations felt that this move was appropriate; following a 78% 'yes' outcome, renovations were started to set the territory up as its own independent state. On the 5th of April 1974 (4 years on from the poll), a ceremony was condoned in the newly titled city, Spill Thity, to celebrate the birth of a new nation. This city would later be declared the capital. Overcrowded villages on the outskirts of TΣRRΔ DI CΔMPIΩΠI saw their populations decrease dramatically after those who formerly resided their, fled to the contemporary country. The seventies following through into the early-mid eighties saw steady and sustainable population increases, however as a result of the April 1986 disaster that occurred at Chernobyl power plant in Ukraine (former USSR), a census later on that year revealed that the quantity of those situated in TΣRRΔ DI CΔMPIΩΠI was overwhelming and had seen a 125,000+ community rise due to civilians fleeing the near-by contaminated city. The new refugees saw an introduction of culture and language to the country explaining the 6% of those who currently possess Ukranian as their mother tongue. Throughout decades TΣRRΔ DI CΔMPIΩΠI has longed to participate in the Buzzjack Song Contest, however every president succeeding it's establishment saw it not in the country's best interest to take part and declined offers to join. This was all until current president Callum Christopher was elected on the 29th of June 2014, after only a mere 24 hours in house announced TΣRRΔ DI CΔMPIΩΠI's participation in the competition. On the 7th of the following month, President Christopher and his government relocated to the ever-evolving, industrialised metropolis titled Olympia City; shortly after this move took place, he announced the citiy's new title as the capital of TΣRRΔ DI CΔMPIΩΠI.
