American Life CD Question, Can anyone help?

Jord Joined: 12 March 2017 Posts: 10,758 User: 27,116	I’ve now bought the CD of American Life twice from two different stores. BOTH CD’s have been unable to listen too on my iTunes library every single track is just fuzzy and unlistenable. Is the same with anyone else’s? It’s a shame as it’s one of my favourite albums from her.

Mansonette Joined: 7 March 2006 Posts: 35,260 User: 54	Mine rips fine. Is it the uk version you bought? I seem to think around about this time a lot of US versions of albums came with a form of rip protection to ensure you couldn’t upload them and share the tracks so it could be that.

Jord Joined: 12 March 2017 Posts: 10,758 User: 27,116	Thanks for the reply! One of them was a UK one I don’t know about the other as I got it off eBay but had the same issue. The same thing happened with True Blue but I got that from a HMV store and that worked out fine. I may end up just getting it off iTunes and then putting it onto a CD that way.
