The STORY.
Country: Brokeback Mountain. Contest: BuzzJack Song Contest XXII. Time: December 2009. Song: A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton. Brokeback Mountain entered the 22nd BuzzJack Song Contest with a classic by a one-hit wonder in the UK, she proved that she is a deserved one-hit wonder by crashing out in the semi-final of this contest. In the final, lines were broken down which made it impossible for Brokeback Mountain to submits their votes (I had no time. ). This ended up in the result that Brokeback Mountain were unable to participate in the 23rd edition of the BuzzJack Song Contest in the Bare And Naked Gardens (B.a.N.G). Brokeback Mountain have decided that they will enter the 24th edition if there is any vacancies available. They have a few tracks in mind as entries, one rumoured paticipant is the 2005 Fema-Busted Top 20 smash You Broke My Heart by the Love Bites. Love Bites - You Broke My Heart. Also, as ties with the film have dwindled over the past few months, Brokeback Mountain are thinking of reverting their country name back to Juranabaijan. Any opinions on this decision would be greatly considered and appreciated. Love Love Love. (Agnes: #7, BJSC XX.) xxx |

how come last time i didnt vote in a final i wasnt allowed to enter the next contest, but jura would. talk about favouritism. Because it changed for this contest because we had so many fewer participants...we're not sure if it's a permanent thing, but before because spaces were at a premium we had to do it that way or nobody new would've been able to join. In any case, it's probably going to have to go back to the way before as we're re-opening the New Country Registration thread at some point this month. |

Though to be brutally honest Juranabaijan will still fall flat on our faces.
(Even if the song is a killer. ) |
