Percentage: 80.00%

#7: Blackstar {2016}

Votes (round / tiebreaker): 3 / 1
Percentage (round / tiebreaker): 42.86% / 20.00%

#8: Diamond Dogs {1974}

Votes (round / tiebreaker): 3 / 4
Percentage (round / tiebreaker): 42.86% / 80.00%

In eighth place we have Diamond Dogs, which was based around George Orwell's classic novel 1984, of which Bowie wanted to make a theartrical adaptation of, but was denied the rights by the author's estate. The same estate who later allowed the 2005 opera to happen, no less.

In seventh we have what ended up being Bowie's final album, Blackstar. It was hailed as his best since the 1970s, and obviously with his passing it has been a very touching record.

Finally, just missing the top 5 is the album whose production Bowie allegedly remembered almost nothing of, due to his drug addiction at the time. Another album whose lack of songs is made up for with a 10 minute long song as the title track. It is considered by some to be Bowie's best album, but we disagree and it finishes in sixth place.

The idea of Low going out is depressing

I went for Heroes in the end after quite a difficult choice. But I see it's kind of a foregone conclusion now. :/

It really is a tough choice as they're all incredible but I went for Ziggy. It's a classic but it's the most conventional and least boundary pushing album left. Although Five Years is my favourite Bowie song
