Yes for both! Kygo deserves another big hit in the charts and it's so good to see a dance song like Dark Paradise on UK iTunes top 40 in 2019. It sounds like a dance classic.

It seems unusual that it would've suddenly had a spurt to climb to #18 when it's been around #26/27 for the past day at least, then suddenly drop back down. iTunes isn't quite that erratic. Not sure where the #18 could have come from though...!

Well it's entered the Spotify chart at #105, that doesn't seem super encouraging. It doesn't really seem like the kind of thing that's likely to have much longevity either (disclaimer: I've not heard the song, just basing that off the fact it seems to just be a song tied to an episode of Game of Thrones rather than a real single that's being pushed in its own right, reminds me of Ed Sheeran's 'Make It Rain').
