Hello and welcome to another edition of Pointless. Once again hosted by, me.

You should all know how to play by now. The aim of the game is to answer what you think will be the least popular and score as little points as possible. For every person who answers the same as you, you will be given a point and for every incorrect answer you give, you will be awarded the full amount of points available. THIS IS BAD, in this game.

So here are the questions:

01. Name an actor or actress who has died in 2016 (must have starred in at least 2 full length feature films)
02. 26 movies have passed $1 billion, name one of the movies in the top 10.
03. Name one of the deaths Ethan Hawke sees on video footage, from the first 'Sinister' movie.
04. In the movie, 'Room' starring Brie Larson and Jacob Tremblay, name one of the objects Tremblay greets as he wakes up.
05. Name a member of the squad, in the upcoming 'Suicide Squad' movie.
06. Name a film I have in my top 20 year-to-date (2016). (you might wanna check out the Buzzjack Rotten Tomatoes thread)
07. A singer who has starred in a movie and released an album, this side of the decade (sometime during and after 2010)
08. A horror film "based on true events".*
09. Name one of the 10 highest grossing films of 2003, in the UK.
10. Give me the name of a film where the dog, is the main star of the movie.

* please provide a link/source for the material (I really enjoy reading up on these things + I need to make sure you're not lying and it makes my job easier... ;D)

Dunno. Questions on Pointless the TV show always have definitive lists, so you could do that too and make things easier

You could do something like, "Name a film that made Top 10 in Empire's Top 100 films of the 20th century" - that way there's only ten answers and nobody can argue.

Whats the point in making it easy though? It's fun the way Jonjo's done it. The fact it's not a carbon copy of the show and has room for loopholes is the whole reaosn why
it's a success here.

It doesn't have to be easy, I just don't really see the point in finding a list of answers really quickly and then trying to second guess what somebody else might go for. That doesn't make it a quiz as such, more a scavenger hunt and a game of logic.

That's one of the things I liked about the NMTB quiz, you couldn't really look that up - especially if the clips were too short to Shazam.

There's usually enough I know about for me to have a go, so I do. I'm pretty pleased when I get one right, especially if it's a low or high scorer (where appropriate), but I really don't see the point in looking at the answers and then selecting one.

Anyway, there's a no Google quiz coming up soon so feel free to ignore that until the normal ones come round again.

Done. Looked up answers for the horror questions as I wouldn't have a clue but for the rest I went with whatever I could think of in my head rather than trying to do loads of bluffing and second guessing.

Eek. Sorry for triple posting, but I don't think I'm going to be able to do the results until later tonight. Hey, it seemed to work for Cody's round so hopefully some of y'all will be around for them tonight too!

There's still time to play. I will give you until 9pm tonight to get your answers in to me. Then hopefully results won't be too much longer after that!
