They did it for their 3rd album but thought it sounded too poppy and they were going for an RnB sound so they scraped it

Oh this again...it's been on Youtube for ages. It's the 1999 version. It's been reported and is generally accepted that they have re-recorded a new version, with Geri, for release as a single with the Greatest Hits album.
However, it's never actually be confirmed officially, so whether it even exists is debateable. I think it started as wishful thinking on the fans' part. |

I love them and all that but they CANNOT release this as the first single! Its bloody AWFUL! If they think they can comeback with the same sound and similar songs they need to think again because it will work for one song but people will get bored!
They need to do what Take That did and comeback with a more grown up sound and less cheesy pop! Don't like this song at all! |

They need to do what Take That did and comeback with a more grown up sound and less cheesy pop! Don't like this song at all! Except they're not coming back permenantly. What people want is nostalga, and to remember how they used to be, not a new image for the few months they'll be coming back. QUOTE Well it's been confirmed by the BBC apparently that they are doing this year's Children In Need single... The BBC have confirmed that they'll be involved in Children in Need, and that they've been asked to do the song. They didn't say what the song would be, or whether they'd said yes. I hope it'll happen though. |
