As the other chat thread was almost 5 years old I thought it was time to open up a new one, for random bits of chat and pieces that don't really need a thread of their own. I couldn't decide whether to go with the title I have put, or Setting the Inc on Fire
Anyway, on this day in 2006, P!nk and Carey got married Happy anniversary to them both |

Hi all
Not been around much the last week or so because I've been hiding in the Highlands I fangirled a lot last week when I posted a photo to instagram of me wearing my Hart & Huntington shirt at Loch Ness and Carey liked it I've got next week off work too so I'm going to try and think up some feature to post in here. If anyone has any ideas, or anything they'd like to see, please let me know. I've a few ideas for PinkHistory so I may post them over here too I'm going to be working a lot on my laptop next week, so watch this space Great choice of song for the AFSC btw, Timebomb wouldn't have been my first choice (Free ) but I think it'll do well on here |

Welcome back Laura, hope you enjoyed Scotland!
Yea I forgot to post in the thread after I closed it but I think Timebomb is our best option for AFSC, so I'm glad it managed to come out top in the poll. Last time I checked there's still quite a few forums still to confirm their entry, I imagine the contest will be up next week at some point tho |

The car said 12c on Thursday WTF Looks like its going to be much colder this coming week Saw lots of snow on the way home driving through the A82 though Timebomb is a brilliant track, definitely worthy of being more than just a bonus track |

Maybe the best thing she has ever done Timebomb is an oustanding choice too though! |

When pink tours, Laura could come to one of her Scotland dates and we can have a partial pink forum meet up
It was snowing last night in Perth Laura! It didn't land because we've had a lot of heavy rain, it seems like you left just before the temperature plummeted though which is typical when you were looking for cold weather |

You know what the worst thing is? I have this week off work too, so I could've stayed in Scotland this week while its colder
And YES to a Pink forum meet up! Although on the last tour she completely ignored Scotland and the most northerly city she played was Manchester |

Pink's 'UK' leg of TTAL tour consisted of only three cities in England; Manchester, Birmingham and London, so it was really an England tour. When you compare that to the amount of shows she did in the UK on both the 2009 (14 UK shows on the first leg and 15 UK shows on the 2nd leg) and 2010 (10 UK shows) Funhouse era tours, you can understand why fans were complaining.
I understand that tours are different now that she has Willow, and now Jameson too, but for example, Germany had 12 shows on TTAL tour (yeah I know its a bigger country...) I often read comments on social media on other artists and bands tour dates, and you will usually see someone from America saying that they only have one show in their state which is usually bigger in size than the UK, or they have to travel to the next state to go to a show. I guess us UK'ers just like to complain about something I wonder how the next tour will work out, with Willow being older and in school now I'm guessing they will have a tutor on tour so she can still do her school work, but its a long time to be away from school friends. |

Yea I think because the US is so big, travelling 5+ hours for a show is standard practice so just think we can do that in the UK
