Although not doing that great, Ben Haenow is doing better than i thought it may.
Shane Filan nowhere to be seen, not a great start to his third album campaign.
9. Kesha - Praying
Despacito is doing my HEAD IN now.
If Wild Thoughts misses out I'll be fuming.
Good to See Unpredictable holding steady.
With the sad news about Bradley Lowery it's plausibly possible the Liv'N'G track will rebound right up to the top.
38 INDIIA - Out of Love (feat. Whitney Phillips)
Where's this come from...? Never heard of it before!
FEELS <333333.
11. Zedd - Get Low

Loving Get Low, such a summery fresh vibe. Have to say Liam has probably been my favourite One Directioner.

1283. Mura Masa - Nuggets (feat Bonzai)
That INDIIA songs come out of nowhere tbh, I've had it on my playlist for a week or so after seeing it on the Summer Hits UK playlist, quite a tune, wouldn't mind it being a hit.
Loving IINDIA - Out Of Love. Such a summer tune, I've also noticed it's front page on Hot Songs on Apple Music. Hoping it can become a decent hit!
06. Maggie Lindemann - Pretty Girl [Remix]
154. Maggie Lindemann - Pretty Girl
Instruction not getting the boost I thought it was gonna receive
Good to see James back at 37 with Sit Down after being used in Peter Kays Comedy Shuffle this evening!
Instruction isn't getting a boost just because it isn't featured on Hot Songs and it is right at the bottom of the 59p songs section so no-one actually knows it is 59p unless they really go searching for it.
Hopefully it'll get a better featured spot at some point!
21 LIV'n'G - Smile For Bradley

10. Kesha - Praying
11. Zedd - Get Low
14. Miley Cyrus - Malibu
47. Jax Jones - Instruction
Why do I feel like Get Low might flop
Looks like 'Feels' will overtake 'Wild Thoughts' soon.
Get Low just isn't very good at all. Surely it will underperform.
06. Maggie Lindemann - Pretty Girl
10. Rudimental - Sun Comes Down
Second singles almost never do as well in the beginning as lead singles. Not to mention that this is actually Zedds single, not Liam's so I don't think it's a sure sign of a flop that this only made it to 10 and almost two days later is at 11
Dua Lipa New Rules up to 108 from the video effect. Hopefully this will smash once radio get on board.
Came Here For Love #3
Feels #4
Why is Mr Brightside up to number 41?
That Indiia song has good verses but is ruined by the silly pitched vocals chorus which was probably designed to sound cute but I just find a bit annoying. Can we please stop with the pitched vocal choruses in music now!
Impressed with Kesha's stability, thought it would be on its way out the Top 40 by now
Looking back up, it would be AMAZING if Mr. Brightside could nab another Top 40 week before it's kicked out for good.
Kamaliya's husband is back to buying multiple copies
Timeless up to 57 and 59.
It's hilarious how they both move together at the same time! Haha.
The occ should check the ip address of those sales
Came Here For Love smashing it *.*
58 Katy Perry Swish Swish (feat. Nicki Minaj)
I wonder why this is climbing again? It was taken off the capital playlist weeks ago (contrary to what the playlist says).
91 Dua Lipa New Rules (and 235)
Great to see a post-album single from an artist of Dua's status being this high without receiving any airplay yet. It shows what having a great music video can still do for a song.
Swish swish has had another recent official lyric video released
Came Here For Love will be the next number one.
0.6871
I really can't see Came Here For Love making #1! It's more likely to do a Your Song I'd say.
I think the 2 things propelling CHFL up the charts this week is the 59p price tag and it having been named the official London Pride 2017 anthem - and that was at the weekend.
11. Malibu
101. Malibu (Tiesto Remix)
Combined
#10 Miley Cyrus - Malibu
Probably 59p'd this to prevent becoming a victim of the 300/1 ratio.
06. Unforgettable (feat. Swae Lee) - French Montana
13. Crying in the Club - Camila Cabello
16. Bad Liar - Selena Gomez
20. Get Low - Zedd & Liam Payne
21. Praying - Kesha
31. Know No Better (feat. Travis Scott, Camila Cabello & Quavo) - Major Lazer
33. Out of Love (feat. Whitney Phillips) - INDIIA
34. Instruction (feat. Demi Lovato & Stefflon Don) - Jax Jones
38. Most Girls - Hailee Steinfeld
54. The Man - The Killers
59. Swish Swish (feat. Nicki Minaj) - Katy Perry
66. Versace On The Floor (Bruno Mars vs. David Guetta) - Bruno Mars & David Guetta
68. Real Life (feat. Naations) - Duke Dumont & Gorgon City
75. XO TOUR Llif3 - Lil Uzi Vert
77. Glorious (feat. Skylar Grey) - Macklemore
79. New Rules - Dua Lipa
98. Cut to the Feeling - Carly Rae Jepsen
I feel like Despacito will be #01 in 2019.
Camila doing so well! 😍
Instruction is front page Hot Songs and 59p.
62. Axwell ^ Ingrosso - More Than You Know
Smash pls
It's so weird seeing songs take so long to take off but I'm ok with that. It just feels a bit "ughhh they should be on single 2 now" haha.
I was wondering why Instruction finally got such a boost, makes sense that it has been moved to the top of the featured sections with Demi's own single coming in a matter of hours.
19 Kesha - Praying
22 Zedd & Liam Payne - Get Low
32 INDIIA - Out of Love (feat. Whitney Phillips)
33 Jax Jones - Instruction (feat. Demi Lovato & Stefflon Don)
55 Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry
58 Axwell Λ Ingrosso - More Than You Know
67 Cigarettes After Sex - Nothing's Gonna Hurt You Baby
69 Bruno Mars & David Guetta - Versace On The Floor
73 Duke Dumont & Gorgon City - Real Life (feat. Naations)
110 Yungen - Bestie (feat. Yxng Bane)
139 Fifth Harmony - Down (feat. Gucci Mane)
34 Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry
Demi Lovato update
28. Sorry Not Sorry
32. Instruction
46. No Promises
if this new Demi song ends up overshadowing Instruction I'll be very annoyed.
Demi Lovato update
19. Sorry Not Sorry (+9)
30. Instruction (+2)
46. No Promises (=)
Instruction looking to enter the Top 40 this week then it seems which is fab
Semi Lovato is the new Nicki Minaj
13. Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry
Impressive stuff, should hit the top 10 assuming there's no sudden stop on the way!
Strange to think this is Demi's first On Air/On Sale lead single, Cool For The Summer was one of the very last before they were phased out! I was expecting low top 20 iTunes peak for this initially, a little bit higher than what (I think) Selena got here (Demi seems to consistently be more of a thing here than Selena) - so this is outdoing my expectations.
Wild Thoughts is back on the rise again. Next #1 for sure
11. Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry
Demi Lovato Update
iTunes:
11. Sorry Not Sorry (+2)
28. Instruction (+2)
47. No Promises (-1)
Top 10
Am i the only person that does not want Wild Thoughts to be number 1. The song is terrible.
Demi Lovato Update
9. Sorry Not Sorry
28. Instruction
47. No Promises
Demi could rise as high as #6 but I think realistically she'll peak at #8, still very good though and should encourage radio to get on board quickly.
Instruction is still gaining very strongly, I expect to see this as high as #20 by the end of today judging by Kworb! Hopefully that will be the push Capital need to get on board.
So glad to see 'Instruction' finally making leaps up!
Really disappointed by the new Demi song. I wish Body Say received this level of attention instead.
Demi up to 8
Has iTunes changed for anyone? New 'Top Songs' on the featured page.
Demi Lovato Update
7. Sorry Not Sorry (+1)
25. Instruction (+3)
46. No Promises (+1)
Hot Songs won't have as big impact now then.
66. Carly Rae Jepsen - Cut to The Feeling
I'm still seeing Hot Songs
I'm still seeing Hot Songs too?
If you're talking about the desktop version that has a much smaller effect than iPhone versions of iTunes.
Hot Songs is showing up on the desktop version for me!
oh I didn't think we were talking about the mobile version, I'm on desktop.
I'm on mobile, It's back as just Hot Songs now, I was on the Australian iTunes though and it seemed to go back to normal whenever I went back to UK iTunes?
Bizarre, must've been a glitch.
Top Songs has been re-added to iTunes on mobile... so pointless.
06. Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry
The new Demi song is horrendous; shame because I love both 'No Promises' and 'Instruction'. I pray it doesn't overshadow the latter.
Any reason Eminem has 2 old songs back in top 100 ?
That Carly song is high simply from R2 support. Any mainstream support and it would clearly been at least a minor hit!
22. Jax Jones ft Demi Lavato // Instruction
Such a shame there's no sign of Galantis' new single and Hunter is only in the top 1200
Eminem can KEEP IT, the single most overrated artist in history.
21. Jax Jones - Instruction (feat. Demi Lovato & Stefflon Don)
58. Jake Paul & Erika Costell - Jerika (feat. Uncle Kade)
59. Lana Del Rey - Summer Bummer (feat. A$AP Rocky & Playboi Carti)
67. Lana Del Rey - Groupie Love (feat. A$AP Rocky)
344. MNEK - Paradise
1124. Galantis - True Feeling
59 Lana Del Rey Summer Bummer (feat. A$AP Rocky & Playboi Carti)
63 Lana Del Rey Groupie Love (feat. A$AP Rocky)
Any sign of Selena Gomez - Fetish???
Gucci Mane trying to be the new Quavo by appearing on every song now?
(flush it please, he ain't no Quavo)
Selena #36
47 Lana Del Rey Summer Bummer (feat. A$AP Rocky & Playboi Carti)
55 Lana Del Rey Groupie Love (feat. A$AP Rocky)
I was wondering why Lana's songs aren't climbing as fast as the previous singles, but rememered these are grats so fans pre ordering the album won't impact iTunes singles chart, only cherry-pickers.
30 Selena Gomez - Fetish (feat. Gucci Mane)
he was on that Black Beatles song
Odd to see Dua Lipa shooting up the spotify chart yet not even top 80 on itunes
02. Sigala & Ella Eyre - Came Here For Love
Sigala.
Odd, Sigala are @ 4 on my feed.
Plus Lana has risen, so they must've dropped
Kesha
#28 - Praying
#151 - Woman
What big releases are out tomorrow?
Selena Gomez feat Gucci Mane – Fetish (today)
Sinitta – So Macho '17 (obviously coming to slay!)
Coldplay/Big Sean
The Script
And obviously there's Demi who released midweek
Any other signifcant ones?
Kesha and Lana Del Rey who both released today.
Predictions for Official positions:
28 | Selena Gomez - Fetish (feat. Gucci Mane)
47 | Kesha - Woman
75 | Lana Del Rey - Summer Bummer (feat. A$AP Rocky & Playboi Carti)
40 | The Script - Rain
33 | Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry
xx | Sinitta - So Macho
82 | Coldplay & Big Sean - Miracles *
* - is this a proper single? if it IS, then it'll be top 40, but if not it'll be low top 100.
#98 - Kesha - Woman
Nina Nesbitt is coming for a top 400 smash tomorrow!
'Feels' should overtake 'Wild Thoughts' in the next update.
#2-4 is so close.
09. Miley Cyrus - Malibu
13. Camila Cabello - Crying in the Club
16. Selena Gomez - Fetish
18. Jax Jones - Instruction
15. Selena Gomez - Fetish
If Instruction goes back up to 99p or gets an awful position or even removed from Hot Songs tonight I'm going to go ballistic - if they keep things the way they are they will be looking at top 10 on iTunes this time next week.
Any big-ish new releases tomorrow? Chase and Status/Emeli coming tomorrow.
2. Calvin Harris - Feels (feat. Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry & Big Sean)
18. Jax Jones - Instruction (feat. Demi Lovato & Stefflon Don)
44. Lana Del Rey - Summer Bummer (feat. A$AP Rocky & Playboi Carti)
46. Jake Paul & Erika Costell - Jerika (feat. Uncle Kade)
Coldplay are doing a song with Big Sean?! I am conflicted about how to feel about that.
Feels
The rest of the 'Kaleidoscope' tracks have been soooo dull and uninspiring, speaking as a big fan of Coldplay. I at least have a modicum of interest in a Big Sean collab from them.
(admittedly I've not actually listened to 'A L I E N S' yet, felt no need to after being so disappointed with the rest)
Wow at Calvin Harris! #1 please.
It's very strange how Selena has seemingly outsold/outpeaked Demi everywhere on her first day except for here. It always happens for some reason that Demi gets higher initial peaks and higher album chart peaks, Demi just has that bigger fanbase here. I wonder what she did so right in the UK compared to Selena.
Both of them are doing impressively, just interesting how the UK is the only place where Demi outperforms Selena on release day.
Selena is too American-y if that makes any sense at all.
Official predictions, then?
xx | Chase & Status - Love Me More (feat. Emeli Sande)
xx | Coldplay & Big Sean - Miracles
xx | Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry
xx | Kesha - Woman
xx | Lana Del Rey - Summer Bummer (feat. A$AP Rocky & Playboi Carti)
xx | OneRepublic & SeeB - Rich Love
xx | Selena Gomez - Fetish (feat. Gucci Mane)
xx | Sinitta - So Macho
xx | The Script - Rain
Feels (!!) seems like it's performing similarly to How Deep is Your Love! It'll be at least as big as My Way at least. It's going to be big holiday song for a lot of people.
Ooh I hope this is a proper return to form for Chase & Status! Their recent output has been alright but not to the level they had been delivering. (Perhaps it's more that the genres they'd been focusing on seemed either outdated/not current or not really my thing)
90 | Chase & Status - Love Me More (feat. Emeli Sande)
66 | Coldplay & Big Sean - Miracles
38 | Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry
89 | Kesha - Woman
101+ | Lana Del Rey - Summer Bummer (feat. A$AP Rocky & Playboi Carti)
101+ | OneRepublic & SeeB - Rich Love
39 | Selena Gomez - Fetish (feat. Gucci Mane)
101+ | Sinitta - So Macho
54 | The Script - Rain
The Script could go either way really.
Too focused on the US
There's always this myth (or truth?) that the UK embrace pure pop music more than other countries (including the US), so I guess Demi's music has been more pure pop than Selena's (post Stars Dance). People use this myth to explain why Carly's most successful market seems to be here these days.
41. Jake Paul & Erika Costell - Jerika (feat. Uncle Kade)
53. Kesha - Woman (feat. The Dap-Kings Horns)
Selena seems to generally sell better and have better longevity, like Same Old Love peaked at sth like #81 and still went silver, plus Good For You and Hands To Myself both went gold and It Ain't Me went platinum. Demi has the bigger fanbase I feel but Selena appeals more to the casual buyers so sticks around well.
I just don't think Selena has ever done that much UK promo. Demi, Miley and Ariana have all done plenty of high profile uk tv performances and promo which has helped secure strong fan bases and profiles here.
Lets not forget the Confident instrumental being used on every TV advert you can think of
Wowser at 'Feels'.
This time last week I thought the album being out was boosting it, but looks like it's an actual genuine mega smash.
