401: Sky Sports Main Event
402: Sky Sports Premier League

405: Sky Sports Golf
406: Sky Sports F1

I was hoping that you could sub to one channel for a reasonable amount so that I could maybe just pick up PremLeague and F1 but it's £40 for one channel or £49.50 for them all so Sky can f*** off

It really has no bearing on me because I don't have Sky Sports and I haven't had it for years, it's a waste of money to be honest. I would rather stream football matches and other events illegally for free than subscribe to Sky Sports. Sky Sports still don't show live Saturday 3 PM football matches for some reason.

Because it's illegal.

Sat 3pm kick offs are not legally allowed to be shown in the UK

I always feel quite smug when I can watch a live Saturday Premier League 3pm match over here in Ireland.

Same here, on my Kodi box!. It is however totally wrong we have to suffer, when in Spain La Liga always has a match shown at the regular kick off time, same with Bundesliga and Serie A.

F1 is a rubbish sport these days anyway, so having to have that channel if I subscribe to sports, with no option to opt out, they can stuff it.

I read it was £18 for one, £22 for two, £26 for three etc.

Think it was the I or independent or maybe guardian that was reporting that. If it's £22 for 2 then that's more reasonable

Yeah it might have been one of those. I mean I pay £26.50 for the full package so for me it's a rip off either way, but if I was to get it, I would only get the Football channels and the Arena one (if that's the one with tennis).

I'm assuming Sky Sports News will still be free?

Yes SkySportsNews and SkySportsMix will both remain free to Sky Subscribers

Prem League and F1 interest me so I'll see how I feel in ahead of the new F1 season.

Well price aside it's a pretty good idea! I really enjoy that Premier League Seasons highlight reel they infrequently air but previously I had to search through all 5 channels to find out if it "might" be on. Now it's a lot easier just to search through ONE channel.

Looks more organised & easier to find things than a generic number sequence.

Agreed Dobbo, it should be easier to find things you want to watch. I remember watching a T20 match and then looked for the repeat as there was an interesting umpire decision I wanted my dad to see (my dad used to play cricket) and it took me a while to find it had moved to Sky Sports 3.

Sky Sports Mix isn't in the sports section any longer - just in the entertainment package!

If you have the full package as an existing customer there is a 12 month price freeze, so I'll wait a year and see what each channel is like before making a decision on whether to stay or not.

Hate the way they increase prices during your contract, should be illegal considering customers can't leave the contract!
