BEYONCÉ was the fastest-selling album to ever hit iTunes with 617,213 copies sold in the U.S. alone. And 828,773 copies sold WW in only 3 days.

That US sales total would be astounding even with a conventional release, let alone a random shock release
 Especially when you look at the sales of other big pop females such as Katy Perry or Lady Gaga for example, and they had a full week of sales with lots of promo! Not that they sold badly exactly, it's just Beyoncé has sold over as much as Prism did and probably like 4 times more than ARTPOP
