I admit it’s better than MDNA but everything else she’s done even the Evita soundtrack is better for me. I don’t know what it is what makes me not go back to it much but meh it’s just not for me I guess. I didn’t mind her Eurovision performance. Future is one of the better songs from Madame X. It's something of a fan fave, but it's never really done anything for me Pretty sure that 'Rain' would be in my personal Top 10 Madonna songs... I feel like not many others would rate it that highly!

Hard Candy may be very trend-chasing but it's by no means a bad album. It's well-produced and she seems to embrace her lower vocal, unlike MDNA which is a mess sound-wise and her vocal is pitched far too high.

I'd also have given the album better vision, centring it around her divorce more and her conflicting feelings about it. Songs like 'I f*ed Up' and 'Best Friend' should be moved to the main edition to compliment the "f* him" and "I'm just gonna party" songs. I'm also a fan of 'Masterpiece', which unfortunately gets a fair bit of hate, so I'll have that as one of my unpopular opinions as well.
