Kim Wilde's cover of the Bee Gees song of the Yvonne Elliman cover is my too tune of the latest charts! It was a decent late hit for Kim, I dont remember much in the way of UK top 40 success after this
 Which is shame as tracks like Isobel's Dream are gorgeous!

Nice to see Debbie Harry hit the top spot, and some charted faves from me include Belinda carlisle, Ace Of Base, Dannii, but it's nice to see poorly Celine get a mention, Cilla in there - I remember that one so I might well have charted it! Maggie Reilly and Maria McKee I might have charted as I like both of them - but I may not have heard them unless radio one played them (which I doubt) so I may not have heard them

Schlager is very successful and saved me from average quality of UK charts in last months of 1993 year. I will not surprise to see top 5 with only non-English language songs for the next few weeks. |
