I presume he had less pre-orders than the other that debuted ahead of him as it didn't go up for pre-order until pretty recently - he is up to #4 now (behind dodie, The Greatest Showman and Now! 101).
Really hoping that he has a chance of going top 5 this week, the highest he's ever charted before is #8. |

The thing is now with HMV in administration, album sales are going to take a tumble, not sure what share HMV contributes to the chart.

15,940 James Blake (#9, 2011)
9,599 Overgrown (#8, 2013) 5,373 The Colour in Anything (#13, 2016) In regards to his last album, Alan Jones wrote this at the time: QUOTE Without any prior singles to trigger interest, and as CD became available only at the very end of the week, that's probably about right. I reckon he's got a good chance of debuting Top 5 tbh! |

Bring Me should be comfortably #1. Not sure what to expect sales wise, I think their last album opened with 40k and I think there's a few formats for the album. Maybe similar sort of sales?
Rudimental will have a fall from grace but I think they should still clear 5k+ to make the Top 10. |

Surprised to see White Lies that high! Their last album missed the top 10, could this one possibly return them there

Surprised to see White Lies that high! Their last album missed the top 10, could this one possibly return them there Just had a search and their last album sold 5,569 so similar sales would likely see them debut Top 10 with this album. Could Busted maybe challenge for #1? Their last album sold 21k in its first week, although that was their comeback album and charted in December. Should be safe for #2. Ian Brown and The Specials should be easily Top 10, too. I'd have said Claire Richards would be a safe Top 10 entry too due to her Steps fanbase and Radio 2 support but the album doesn't seem to have been performing as well on Amazon as I'd have expected. I mean she'll probably still make it, just not be as big an entry as she should. |
