At this stage, it doesnt look likely at all. They probably had chats about it but they were invited THIS YEAR and turned it down. I doubt they will be headliners or perform at all next year.

Oh well... yet again Mel B running her mouth and making the group look stupid..

Thanks a lot. I'm curious about the meeting last month was all about then, if it's not about Glastonbury.

Vic doesn't know about their next projects, which I don't believe. But clearly she's so over the band now, so the fav four can move on without her. Glastonbury is another lie from Mel B I guess.

Interesting that they’ve gone back to a previous agency. Makes me wonder why they switched to UTA for the tour & why they’ve parted ways already. I guess we’ll never know!

Hopefully the switch of agencies is a sign that further touring is still being planned.

The Spice Circle Instagram page’s latest story says

What do we think?

According to Tamir, who set up the page/group, it's just a project that Spice Circle are working on, rather than the girls themselves.. It's probably a fan-made edit of a tour video x

Meh, I wish fans who do this kind of thing didn't make it seems like something was coming from the girls.

A fan on Spice Circle went to a Melanie C private members only interview tonight and she confirmed a few things:

1. High Heels coming next wednesday! No confirmation if it is a video, a cd single or whatever. Just that it is coming next week!

2. She has been working on music and plans to tour next year solo.

3. She says she hopes the Spice Girls can continue to be active and she will do her solo career in between (or in paralell, not clear on which)

4. She says the girls didnt have much input in the Return tour and the Viva Forever musical. Those were mainly created by the people they employed, which says a lot. She says the girls came together to create the Spice World 2019 tour and had more input on that.

Here's what he says:

Melanie C also said tonight that the Spice Girls weren’t as close back in 2007 for their first reunion as they are now and explained how they weren’t very involved in the creation of TROTSG Tour. She thinks it was still a great show (and also very expensive!) but lacked a bit of personality.

The same thing happened with the musical. For both projects they had dream teams - Jamie King, Judy Cramer - but after the musical flopped and talks for SW19 started, they realised they needed to make it their own. She got a bit emotional when discussing how inclusive the last show was and what an incredible creative team they had.

5. They havent been *officially* approached to do Glastonbury but that Victoria would be up for it...

Thoughts? I feel some of it is positive. Clearly new music coming from her and there seem to be plans for the Spice Girls afoot. My main thing is that it feels like they are an active band again with creative input, which is nice!

I'm really not very excited for High Heels but nice to get some new music from 1 of the girls always.

Nice to hear they were very involved this time.

I cant imagine they haven't had talks or had an offer for Mel C to openly say Victoria would do Glasto. I cant imagine Victoria would be WhatsApping the others saying "if we are offered glasto count me in xxx" out of nowhere there must have been serious talks about it. I'm pretty sure Glasto are massively into announcing their headliners themselves and a lot of artists will deny they have even been asked regularly in the press when asked about Glasto. It would tie in with Mel B being incredibly tight lipped on the meeting they had in Sept and whether Victoria was or wasn't there for it.

I really really really hope they do Glastonbury, it would give them such a mark of respect if they do.

Keeping everything crossed for Glastonbury to happen! It would be another iconic moment for sure.

Interesting that she mentioned not being overly involved with the 2007 tour. I love that show, but I agree that in comparison to other Spice shows that it didn't show off their personalities quite the same.

Never eard about Glastonbury. Why is it different than other festival?

I'm happy that new MC music is coming. Hope this new area will be better than VOM. All the videos and artwork was bad. Songs were good but not much my cup of tea. Too much electronic.

It’s the most prestigious festival in the UK originally only for rock artists. Over the years it has expanded to be a lot more versatile and it has had huge names play. It’s televised across the U.K. and is a big event very hyped up and watched by millions.

Next year is its 50th anniversary too, so will be extra hyped.
