I'm not a huge fan of the song at all, it's pretty boring and Nicki by numbers and I think it did her a bit of a disservice and stunted some hype from her Queen era - leading 'Chun-Li' to not be as big as it potentially should have been. 24 | Massive Attack (ft. Sean Garrett) | 9 votes (15.25%) Where it all began for Nicki! 'Massive Attack' was released in 2010 as Nicki's first proper debut single. It charted and peaked at #22 on the US Hot 100 .... Bubbling under, yikes. It was intended to be the lead from 'Pink Friday' but was dropped due to it's poor commercial performance and 'Your Love' served as the lead instead. Despite it's poor commercial performance, it's a big favourite amongst Nicki fans. I have relistened a lot since doing this and honestly what a bop! It deserved better. I didn't mind it at the time but now I just find it so cheap sounding and of its time!
