Regardless of whether or not the 'are they/aren't they' stuff is true, it's undeniably a great pop record - one of the better ones this year in fact. In many ways it's quite nice to see this sort of record and the way it's promoted/had attention in this way do well in this day and age. It reminds me a bit of when Justin Timberlake first went solo and his first few singles felt like an 'event' compounded by different things - is he bedding Kylie/is the song about Britney etc? As long as the music's good then any press is good press (within reason of course).

Great news for the US
I really hate the f***ing ACR rule. Ugh. I'd rather it was a gradual decrease. Like 1:100 or w/e first 9 weeks then 150:1 for 3 weeks after, if still no increase, decrease to 1:150for 3 weeks and failing to increase after that go to 1:200 and then to 1:300.
These big falls followed by strong consistency are terrible.
