Wasn't really very high up on my watch list but I ended up going to watch it with a friend last night. It was rather terrible really but I ended up kind of enjoying it because it wasn't all that scary. I was expecting to be terrified based on the trailer but it was not very scary at all aside from a few cheap jump scares. The lad banter wasn't very funny either and the one with the twisted leg was a really annoying character so it's a shame he wasn't the first to go I'm sure they could've designed a slightly scarier monster than what was pretty much just a large deformed reindeer too

Pretty rubbish really but I'm just glad it wasn't scary so I was actually able to fall asleep

Really?! I enjoyed it!! I thought it was more of a horror than comedy as well. I love a good horror film though, by far my favourite genre.

Horror is not really my thing anyway and I don't see enough horror to really compare it to others but I would say it was a bit naff in comparison to other horrors I have seen from this year (I guess I have high standards now as I'll go see a horror if it has must-see reviews like Get Out/It etc.). I'd probably this in the worst five or so movies this year and my tally now stands at 80

I thought this was pretty crap. It chased itself in circles and the monster at the end was just...shit.
