The instrumental chord progression is SO similar to something else. It's annoying me so much.

I knew it would leak while I was at work! drama.gif

It is SUPERB though, such a great sound for them. It's reminding me so much of Josef Johansson's 'Hela natten' from Melodifestivalen this year, which is a brilliant thing.

'Steal My Girl' is great on first listen. Very smart choice of lead single as it's not too far removed from their trademark anthemic sound but is also experimental and shows progression. Excited to hear more from this album based on this and 'Fireproof'.

Same! Think it might be something by Bruce Springsteen? Definitely reminds me of a particular 80's song.

I like it, though it's certainly not as instantly catchy as their other lead singles.

This their first lead single where Harry doesn't do anything of note? Well no major solos at least..

He's quite dominant in the chorus though. He didn't really have any solos in 'Live While We're Young' as well.

Lead singles rank time:

I like it! It's an immediately catchy song and it's good that they've gone for something other than their usual pop/rock formula, especially as loads of newer acts are covering that sort of thing now.

Chorus and middle 8 make it a good song! Disappointed though!

The chorus is absolutely huge, it's been in my head all morning at work. Definitely a stadium ready anthem!

Pretty sure all their lead singles are SO similar to other songs tbh.

cheer.gif This is a good sign! I've seen quite a few comments saying it's good, from people who aren't fans. Hope that allows it to have some great longevity in the chart.
