Absolutely, even after accounting for an exhausting domestic and international debate around the rejoining process.

Howdy, disco citizens Joined: 16 January 2010 Posts: 12,775 User: 10,455	I'd say that apart from around 10% of the most passionate #FBFE type people (Lib Dems, basically), most remain voters will settle into the post-leave consensus, at least for a year until we see the indisputable evidence of what Brexit does for the UK. After that, I can see Rejoin gaining momentum, providing that the EU doesn't change substantially during the period that the UK is outside of it (which I would not completely discount happening).

You're making the assumption that post-Brexit Britain, after say a year, will be worse then inside the EU.
