I think I may be going for years old progressive trance this contest. Not exactly a formula for success but I really love the song and I don't have a song with hit potential at the moment.

Time for that season to send potentials again. I hinted that some of them are anthemic like the past six contests and others are not the usual Cor Lupus.
Really aiming for that seventh qualifier.

Rounding off the year with a beauty of an (almost) instrumental, of a genre I'll need Dan's help in defining again (progressive trance according to Google? Is that even a thing?) ~ On paper it's probably my cheapest entry for YEARS especially if certain rumours are to be believed but it's still 0 points on the veto framework as far as I can see so no qualms about sending it. Also relying on people watching the video again as it's much better with the visual accompaniment.
EDIT: Just seen Dan literally said 'progressive trance' on this page so I guess it is a thing lol.

Thing is with Simon Patterson's songs it just feels like they build up and then straight to the outro without the drop, good as they are it just doesn't feel right to have no uplifting drop in those kind of songs Maybe that's why they didn't do too well

Certainly not aiming for another hit as big as my last 2 entries but hoping I will at least qualify so I end the year with 90% qualifications (poor Sogand).Looking forward to hearing your song as well though, more trance in BJSC is always a good thing.

I have nothing new, as always. So I may go Bollywood again, or do what I normally do and have a last minute desperate random search on youtube for something different. I try odd word combinations and see where I end up. I may search on throbbing punk bhangra reggae and see what happens

Feeling like taking a bit of a risk this month and not going with the female pop I had lined up. I've achieved my target of 7 Q's this year already so I'm more willing to be risky tbh (plus my original choice has peaked in my affections already), although I'm not 100% sure yet...
