Chelsea again. They're not going to get any weaker from last season when they won it comfortably & I can't see any of the other usual suspects being able to improve enough to close the gap.

It'll be closer. Chelsea will be better equipped but their focus has to be on not performing as poorly in Europe again. Arsenal will be stronger this time, as will United (although they're coming from further back) and City will eventually start spending and may even blood some youngsters. Top four looks pretty set in stone.

Arsenal will be stronger this time, as will United (although they're coming from further back) and City will eventually start spending and may even blood some youngsters. Top four looks pretty set in stone. I think Liverpool could provide a better challenge for top four this year in comparison to last year, injuries just cost them. I'm thinking Arsenal could win the league this year. |

Too early to tell yet, tho I would say only Arsenal, Man City & Chelsea have a chance. I'll wait and see who signs who yet.
