It's being shown on BBC1 tonight at 10.40pm, so those viewing figures are going to grow substantially

I hate love island so knew i wouldnt enjoy this, totally agree, these shows are all about physique and turkey teeth, but as they say whatever floats your boat, i do agree Dannii looks really well. If you like this style of show its as good as any of them im sure.

The show is trash, but I found myself getting invested in the drama/elimination aspect of it.
I think the guys look very bland both looks and personality-wise. I would say they're actually pretty average 'London' and that producers could have pushed a bit harder either on hotness (if they wanted to go for the full-on Love Island vibe and appeal to the thirsty gays) or on personality/'depth' (if they wanted to show more dimensions to the gay spectrum). This seems all a bit safe/stereotypical/basic for me (as expected, though). The Pride party bit was mega cringe.

I’ve watched the first three episodes. Mikey annoys me. He obviously thinks a lot of himself and is a bit of a player. Guys like that give gay men a bad reputation. Ollie sounds a decent guy and quite honest which is nice to see. Unsure about the others.

I am intrigued to see the reunion episode
My predictions: Ben & Matty - split. Matty is just not ready Ross & CJ - split. I got the impression CJ would just end it as soon as they left. Jake & Kailum - split. I also think Jake would have ended it not long after they left. Dan & Ollie - torn between split and still together. Beyond the attraction it depends on what they are like as a couple. Subomi & Gareth - still together. If they are not, surely everyone will be sad!!!! |

The introduction of Matty/Jake was a bit pointless with then next episode being the last and the one where 1 pair would go home. |
