Tracy Beaker remains amazing tbh, not ashamed to say I rewatched them all last year! laugh.gif Elaine is ICONIC of course although I'm not sure anyone is better than Duke *.*

Jeopardy was a huge favourite of mine too, don't remember too much about it but I was TERRIFIED of it at the time laugh.gif

The Mysti Show
(2004-2005)

From 2004-2005 a typical Saturday morning would consist of watching The Mysti Show and Top Of The Pops Saturday. (If it didn't for you, bye.) Perhaps a forgotten gem, the Mysti show was an entertainment/game show which was set in Fairyland and included clips from the television series of the same name.

The game show saw 'humans' compete in challenges to win a prize at the end of the show. The television series saw Mysti adapt to life on the human world, I am sure she was looking for true love or something like that too.( sick2.gif ) You might recognise the actress as she also played May in Casualty!

I am sure CBBC blew a lot o their costume budget on this show laugh.gif

Here is one of the episodes from the show if you are struggling to recall:

iDream
(2004)

"Dreaming yeah yeah yeah yeah all around the world now (X5000)" whip.gif

Christ, remember that time S Club Juniors/8 tried to have acting careers as guest stars on the series "iDream?" It was basically about a group of children who went to an all singing, all dancing college in Barcelona. Breakout stars include Eastenders actor Matt Di Angelo and other irrelevant never-to-be-seen-again "actors".

If I can remember correctly, I thought this show was absolutely incredible at the time, but upon looking at it, the acting is questionable and the story line is a bit bizarre (almost reaching Sleepover Club levels of IKONEK)

Frankie did get a top 20 hit out of it though, out-peaking all of the other Saturdays solo hits xx

Anyway, here is the pilot if any of you can watch this without cringing (look out for Amy's unknown accent) laugh.gif

Those last two I don't remember at all! ohmy.gif Tracy Beaker and Jeopardy were two of my favourite shows from CBBC! Might have to watch Jeopardy again someday as I remember it being pretty scary as a child and my memories of it make me surprised it was shown on CBBC laugh.gif

Kerching!
(2003-2006)

Let's face it, your favourite part of this CBBC show was singing the theme tune and being able to go "Tick-Tock don't stop...KERCHING!..." laugh.gif

This was another CBBC show which was pretty much the go-to show in terms of people in my class at Primary School. I always remember that it was about the Triple M (Making a Million for Mum) and followed Taj as his online entrepreneur alter-ego 'Rude-Boy'. I remember the last ever episode did see Taj FINALLY make his million after trying and failing in every episode there was laugh.gif (this was very frustrating and did make the show a tad stale)

Also, can we talk about how 2000 looking Alex was

A lot of the cast by the looks of it went to work in soap with Devon Anderson (Eastenders), Danny Young (Corronation Street) and Hannah Tointon (Hollyoaks) all joining 3 of the 4 main British soaps.

It is actually very hard to find anything from the show online, so here is one of the very few episodes you can view

Obviously Tracy Beaker is the best heart.gif Kerching and Jeopardy were amazing too. Mysti and I Dream were iconic for all the wrong reasons laugh.gif

Also I'm still distraught at the sister leaving Kerching to join the Basil Brush Show. What a cow.

omg this thread, representing my childhood wub.gif

Jeopardy creeped me out as a kid, I'm kind of impressed that they made it! I watched it back a few years ago and I still really enjoyed it, I was able to follow it a lot better as well. laugh.gif It is kind of annoying that they didn't give a definite ending though, especially as the ending that was chosen was a bit wtf. I think it has set me up for my love of shows that have a lot of mystery surrounding the story.

Tracy Beaker is a classic and it did actually tackle some major issues alongside all the fun of it. How could anyone not be jealous of Justine and her TV tho? Also, I never cry, it's just my hayfever x

Kerching is another classic. Making millions from that swag cool.gif
