Welcome to the semi-finals of Perseventyfive™, where all you lovely people will cast your judgement on 34 other songs over the next week (and myself over SEVENTY of them). All your votes, plus a set from the host nation in both of the semis, will be pooled together to determine which 40 of the following 70 songs - 20 from each semi - will join Persephonia in the grand finale.

First things first, deadline - 23:59 BST on Wednesday the 13th of May, 2015. If you want to avoid receiving a points deduction you'd better make sure your votes are in my inbox by then!

I will say this in advance so people don't accuse me of accepting votes that unfairly change qualifiers, I will accept votes received after this as long as they arrive before the results start, but any such voters will still receive a 15% deduction so that's not giving you free rein to do that. If you don't vote at all you will receive the standard full 33% deduction which will REALLY bugger up your chances of making it through.

EXECUTIVE DECISION EDIT: 15% deduction clause cancelled, please have your votes in by 18:00 BST on Thursday the 14th of May, 2015 if they aren't in already. Any votes before this will not receive a deduction, any people who do not vote by this time will receive the full 33% penalty.

Please locate yourself in one of the two semi-finals below - you will vote in that semi-final and only that semi-final, though you are of course free to (and I encourage you to!) have a listen to the choix cuts in the other semi too.
